The crew was fast, professional, careful, and left everything very clean when they were finished. They also went above and beyond and took care of a couple of extra things we asked about at no additional charge, including trimming some bamboo that was interfering with our gate and removing a tree branch that was hanging over the roof. Very happy with the results and the service. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

But that's exactly what I got with Pineda's Tree Care. I had a tree leaning into my driveway that was making parking in the back of my house feel like an obstacle course. After reaching out, I got a quick response, a fantastic price, and great communication throughout the entire process. What impressed me most, though, was the attention to detail. While assessing the tree, they noticed a few other areas around the property that could become dangerous and took the time to bring them to my attention. No pressure, no unnecessary sales pitch, just someone who clearly knows their business and cares about doing right by their customers. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. My driveway is accessible again, my car is grateful, and I've officially found my go-to tree service. If you're anywhere in the Valley and need tree work done, give Pinedas Tree Care a call. Good service at a fair price deserves to be recognized, and these guys earned every star!

Yamill came on time, spent time assessing the tree all around, not just from afar like the others. He gave me honest recommendations on his lack of evidence for disease process or pest invasion and made recommendations while saying the tree may not ultimately survive this period of high stress. He advised not to trim the tree mid summer while in this condition and gave me his card to call him in the winter when the tree is dormant to see what course of trimming action, if any, we can take once the tree is properly fed and watered over this period. He didn't try to sell me unnecessary treatment, or pruning...he could have. I really appreciated the level of professionalism.

5 Stars+++! Outstanding Service and Exceptional Work!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about All About Trees! I have had my trees and hedges maintained for over 20 years, and this was by far the best work I have ever had done. From the beginning, Jim and Valerie, the owners, were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The estimate was very reasonable, and the quality of the work was absolutely exceptional. Their crew trimmed the enormous hedges surrounding my property as well as all of my trees, and the results were outstanding. The workers were punctual, skilled, meticulous, and clearly took great pride in their work. They went above and beyond my expectations, and the cleanup was impeccable. It is rare to find a company that delivers such exceptional quality, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. All About Trees exceeded my expectations in every way. I would recommend them without hesitation and I will definitley use them again! Truly a 5-star+++ experience!

Mike at All About Trees has been our arborist for over 25 years. He and his crew are reliable,…read morehardworking, knowledgeable and very professional. Today we had 3 very large pine trees trimmed and our greatest concern is always the furry friends that call these trees home. Other tree companies may scoff, but Mike understands and his crew always look before they cut. We greatly appreciate this. We also wanted to save branches to use in landscape around our yard. We've seen this at various So Cal parks and arboretums and like the way it adds to the "woodsy" feeling to the flora. The guys not only were courteous about this, they also regularly checked to see if we wanted any of the saved branches trimmed. Some yes, but some long ones will get a special arrangement and the guys helped haul those to a separate staging area. Aside from the 3 very large pines, we had cypress, juniper and a "smaller", juvenile pine we needed trimmed and "tipped." The juniper has a draping privacy aspect to a side patio Hubs was thinking of clearing out, but after walking through and cutting as Hubs pointed, we had a nicely sculpted, shorter drape w/dead branches cleaned out and perfect clearance from the house. The additional pine needed to be clear of a property line, but we also are working towards a particular shape with that tree, since it's young. The crew understood everything, communication was great and Hubs is happy with the results. If you are in need of an excellent, licensed, bonded, professional crew - that has been working together for over 20 years! - call All about trees. Valerie will answer and get you on Mike's calendar for an estimate. Tell them "CC" sent you. Cheers! "CC"

Gotta love Tino and A Cut Above Tree Service!…read more I needed to cut down pine trees and trim palms and trim an oak. Tino was quickly available for a on-site estimate. I liked that he gives deals for paying in cash and that I got a written estimate. He and his team are very detailed. They cut the palm trees to my specific liking (3 leaves remaining on each palm). When his team came, it was a big crew who got the job done on about 2 days. I love that they cheered as they worked, it was such a positive vibe. One very important thing is that they take safety very seriously. Safety of the working team, the customers, and the property. Everyone wore so much PPE. And every ladder used had a spotter. I greatly appreciate that Tino is with his team the whole time and he'll ask me to check and see if things are to my liking before he deems them complete. We did hit a pause because 2 of the tree trunks are near a street light. So we needed to see where the electricity runs. I tried call the city and LADWP, but it turns out what's needed is a dig alert. Tino opened a dig alert ticket. Unfortunately, we're still waiting for the city to draw the lines to the street light. It's definitely no fault of Tino and I appreciate that he wants to do things safely. So, to be continued! I'd highly recommend A Cut Above, they live up to their name!

Services were: cleaned up my eucalyptus tree, cut down a dead eucalyptus, and trimmed a half burned eucalyptus. They took care of so much for me. You can probably find less expensive companies, but for the five star service you get this place is a no brainer. They were extremely respectful. I first of all got in touch with another company that a lot of people raved about - however they were useless and their quote was astronomical! So someone else suggested Viking Tree Service. Jacob, the owner, came out when I asked him to come (in fact he was early!), walked the property with me, when I asked about a couple of other trees, he told me NOT to do them right now as I would kill them, to wait till December, and then gave me an incredibly fair quote for the job. They came back three days later and did a beautiful job. Took them about 6 hours, but they cleaned everything away, and did exactly what I asked and a little more. My palms look great, but he cleared the trees away from my roof as I am tired of the animals playing tag on my roof whilst I try to sleep! Jacob is a really nice guy, and his guys did a really great job, and I was happy to pay that price. I will definitely have them come back in December to take care of everything else for me.
