The price was a bit higher than I thought it would be to cut trees. But then I've never used a tree cutting service to do as much as I was thinking I wanted to be done. I gave the go ahead and they sent me a quote and showed up on the day as agreed. We went over the work to be done again. As they cut through the trees, they sought my approval all along the way to see if I was satisfied with the result. Only when I gave a green light did they move on. The astonishing thing was when they had to cut some massive limbs. They attached the limbs to ropes and as they fell, they were able to control the fall and land them gently and in a location that was where they wanted to minimize damage to surrounding landscape. It was done in such a controlled and safe manner that I felt really good about their skill and experience. At some points, I asked for a few minor cuts and they willingly obliged (although I didn't expect them to say yes). The ocean view we have has been greatly opened up. I can't believe the impact that the tree cutting had on our yard. Lastly, they raked up and used a blower to clean everything. Nice touch. They left with a true minimum of debris from their work and it was professional all the way. Would not hesitate to use them again.
