We were first told we couldn't be towed due to a miscommunication in someone believing we had a 5th wheel, when we actually just had a 5' × 8' trailer with us. Juan thankfully double checked this information and we got the message across of what the situation was. He arrived sooner than expected and got our car and trailer to the nearest dealer (in Clovis 1.5 hours away).
