After calling around the various garages in Santa Rosa, we drove up to Bozo's Garage. He quickly had the tire plugged, for a fraction of what it would of cost at home. We are still on the road, and no problems. I'd further add that as we left, a transplant from Chicago, also mentioned how great Bozo's Garage is.

We recently had to replace my daughter's car moonroof at Bill's Auto Service, and I was blown away…read moreby the exceptional service we received. My daughter is in Clovis, NM, for a co-op program for 5 weeks. A recent hailstorm damaged her moonroof, and uncertain about the availability of replacement glass, I called six places: three in Clovis, NM, and three in Amarillo, TX. From the initial call to the final installation, the team was prompt, professional, and communicated every step of the process with me. The replacement was done quickly and efficiently, and the price was very competitive. When my daughter took the car in for an initial inspection, they already had the part ready to be installed. They even gave her a ride to her class, and once the replacement was completed, they drove the car back to her. As a mom so far away in Cypress, TX, I felt helpless, but their exceptional service gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend Bill's Auto Service for any quick service needs. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and quality of work is truly impressive.

On top of all that, they charged us FAR less than I expected, and when I tried to offer more they flat out refused. The level of service here and quality of work is absolutely amazing!

His parked truck was severely damaged in a hit-and-run, and unfortunately, the person responsible was never found. Because replacement parts for newer vehicles can be extremely difficult to get, the repair process took nearly 10 months. While the wait was frustrating at times, we understood that the delays were due to parts availability and were beyond the shop's control. When we finally saw the finished truck, it was absolutely worth the wait. The quality of the repair is outstanding. The paint matches the factory finish perfectly, and the truck looks as if it has never sustained any damage. The craftsmanship and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. We appreciate the patience, professionalism, and dedication of everyone at Apex Auto throughout the entire process. If you're waiting on repairs for a newer vehicle, know that parts shortages can make it difficult to get your vehicle fixed quickly, no matter where you go. In our case, the result was well worth the wait. Beyond grateful to have the truck back looking brand new. Thanks to everyone at Apex Auto for restoring it with such care and precision. I would recommend Apex Auto to anyone needing quality collision repairs.
