Many guests were replying on this option for a safe ride to the hotel. Instead, they showed up with a 14 passenger van, claimed the bus was broken down, and provided 1 trip, which took 30 minutes. They did not return to pick up more passengers. They did not answer our phone calls. 36 of our guests were left to find their own way home, which was incredibly dangerous, considering we served alcohol. I attempted to contact Lucky Limo after the wedding, and they blocked our phone number and won't return any emails. We did not receive any sort of refund, even though we paid for far more than we received. Worse yet, no one has acknowledged the dangerous and horrible position they left our loved ones in.

During my first visit with Greg, the owner, I knew I wanted to do business here. There was no high pressure sales pitch or shady business dealings. Greg had a genuine interest in what my plans are and shared invaluable information. Not only did I get a lesson in vehicle engine types and state laws, but also small business ownership information too. After a few visits, test drives, inspections and insurance quotes, I'm ready to wheel and deal, to sign on the dotted line. It was truly the excellent customer service - Greg's professionalism, business knowledge, and referrals that had me convinced I had found my vehicle. Unfortunately or maybe fortunately, depends on how you look at it, timing is everything. Out of nowhere, a little unknown virus puts my business ideas along with a lot of other peoples plans on hold for now. What I thought would be 2 very different experiences ended up being very similar. Both instantly they let you play your own music. Obviously party music for the party bus. They provide ice and cups and water. The wine tour also offered sodas. BYOB and they provide bottle openers so you can enjoy your goodies. The wine tour took us to 3 wineries in 4 hours. Tight time schedule because the farthest winery is 45 minutes from Toledo and that trolley doesn't really go speed limit. I'm glad it doesn't because my butt was hurting from the uncomfortable seats but after the first stop and some drinks you don't feel it much anymore. We stopped at Leisure time winery, majestic winery and american winery. Limited food options. Only male on the trolley was the driver but he was a sweetie pie and put up with all the female chatter. Now you would think a trolley full of women would be pretty mild but we were dancing down the aisle by the second stop. Now the party bus has same offerings but the seating was much more plush. Comfortable seating with 2 levels so plenty of space. The anniversary couple chose the stops and it was more of a bar hop til 2am. Check my pics. It was a good time but I took an uber home about 1.
