Hello community. This review is going to be fairly long and not like most reviews. I wanted to get my point across that this cab service is well worth your time and money. They drivers are courteous and very respectful. They make sure your every need is met and you are comfortable during your drive to your destination. You will be amazed by this cab service. They are not like any other service out there. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone of any age. Here is my story and why I put my trust into this cab service and I will NEVER use any other service around this area. I am just stopping by to leave my review for this phenomenal cab service. They have gone out of their way many times to make sure that I got home safely, not only have they been so generous to go out of their way to make sure I got home but all the drivers (that I have drove with) are also very friendly. Every driver that I have come across has been courteous, kind-hearted, friendly, and very generous. Not only has the drivers provided me with generosity and some very good company, but they will stop anywhere you need or want. I have been in a tough spot and was a few dollars short on paying for a coffee and two slices of pizza, so not only did the kind-hearted gentleman that was my driver buy my items for me he told me just to keep my money for when i really needed it. So I have a lot of health problems that cause me to be in and out of the hospital pretty much every other day so in order for me to get the help i need my step-dad drives me from Willard Ohio all the way to Findlay Ohio. The Blanchard Valley Hospital provides me with a voucher to get home, so the hospital pretty much pays for the cab. I come an hour away from my home just to receive the care I need from doctors that know what they are doing, the hospitals closer to my home just dismiss my problems and concerns about my health. Findlay is the only hospital that will help me. This cab service has helped me so many times when they didn't have to, especially due to the distance. These cab drivers drive an hour to Willard and then an hour back to Findlay, just to make sure I get home safely and I'm not stranded an hour away from home. The wait for the cab to get to you is not excessively long like most other services. When you call to get a ride they will give you an estimate on how long they think it will take to get to you but most of the time the wait is not as long as they tell you. They are there when they say they will be there if not before the estimated time. I definitely recommend this cab service over any other service around this area. If you haven't rode with the USA Cab you are definitely missing out. The prices are very reasonable. I'm pretty sure it is only $10 to go anywhere you need or want to go as long as it is in Findlay, but if you need to go out of town it is $2 for each mile you have to go. I hate to say I have a favorite driver because I do enjoy the company of every single one of the drivers I have come in contact with, but one of the most kind-hearted gentlemen I have come across is named Jerry. He is a lovely older gentleman who has such a big heart that he will go out of this world for anyone out there. Back to my main point of this review, USA cab service is well worth the time and money. The ONLY cab service I use. My children and I are without a car and these people are GREAT! All of their staff are sociable and reliable. They go above and beyond to help out their clients. I work in a hotel and they are my go to cab service for my guests and anyone else who asks who you can trust. In a city that is declining they are the best one in town!!!!
