There are texts, telephone messages, pictures as well as receipts and documents to support my complaint against this company. Let me just start by saying I have used this company for multiple projects around my house. They…read morehelped me with French drains (saved me from having water come through my house) removed and replaced a back patio concrete slab that was broken and cracked in several areas, replaced two wooden fence gates that look great and have stood up against strong winds and do not sag. They built an additional slab out back and built a shed with iron dog kennels around it that I use for my dogs when I travel. I have a dog trainer come by to care for them. Way cheaper now than putting them in kennels. We had a new landscape wall installed all the way around our house with a matching front mail box. We get many compliments from our neighbors on that. Our driveway needed to be replaced and they did (once again) an amazing job there. Our front porch needed to be restained and they handled that nicely, it's even clear coated to last longer. Our front concrete steps needed to be replaced and they of course did that for us too. We had next to our concrete driveway, rocks installed as I have an easement there with the neighbor but now I have a wider area to park on. If I have exterior work that needs to get done, I use these guys. I love Kevyn and Jenni and I love the pricing, the quality of work and ease of communication. I saw the negative reviews on them and noticed they never even bought any work. But the positive reviews are from actual clients. I love that I don't get upsold or pushed into sales scenarios. He responded quickly to my call and came right out to see what needed to be done. He took care of buying a new toilet and found the exact same model we had in our other bathrooms, even ten years later. He came when he said he would, took care to not to damage our floors, and took pictures/videos to document everything he did. Because he is knowledgeable about all facets of home building and remodeling, he showed me where the floor under the base of the toilet was not prepared properly, and how he screwed down a metal plate that was never bolted during the building process. When he finished he cleaned everything thoroughly and took the old toilet away. His pricing was fair and his work par excellence.
