Wonderful. Great selection. Local flavors and culture. I am glad I visit this business for all of…read moremy specific culinary needs. I love the selection. I especially like the bulk basil. One criticism is oftentimes the vegetables like zucchini and garlic don't last very long in the home refrigerator before molding. I did buy fortune cookies once that were very old, stale and cardboard-like inedible.

At a Mid-Autumn Festival pop up they had a stall with lots of Asian foodstuffs. I bought ba-chang…read moreor zongzi which is sticky rice dumplings with pork inside, eu-char-koay, and sesame buns. Then I went back for the crab and crawfish when I was ready to leave. Never had those before so I thought I'd try it. The zongzi was not the Chinese version and it was not my favorite. The eu-char-koay or youtiao is a deep fried step of dough and theirs wasn't fresh so it was only ok. The crab and crawfish were pickled it seems and they were fine. The corn on the cob included I didn't like. It was fun trying different versions of food I grew up with but not sure I'd get them again. This store has a lot of Asian foodstuffs which I haven't been able to find at other stores in the Denver metro area so I like to visit them. Servers were nice and store reminds me of the owns at home. Stuffed with items everywhere.

Do not be intimidated going into this Asian market, they have everything and everyone in here! I…read morecould spend a full day inside browsing the frozen section and houseware section. The real gems are in the back left of the store where you can get tea cups, plates, cookware, and utensils. I heavily recommend the produce section and sauce sections for even better prices than king Soopers or Walmart. You can really find anything you need- Asian or not- here!

very pleased to know that there is a store like this in denver. im very much spoiled by the…read moreabundance of these sorts of supermarkets in socal, so i was worried that we would have to go to hmart all the way in aurora just to get asian imported goods but gw had more than i couldve asked for! prices seemed fairly reasonable too. produce seemed a bit less than stellar, but not a huge issue in my opinion. maybe a state-by-state culture shock, but they didnt have any plastic bags, which normally in california we would usually just pay 10 cents each for or bring our own reusable bags (which we didnt have when we came here because it was sort of an impromptu visit), so they told us to grab one of their small cardboard boxes; seems quite handy actually. im not too sure if they sell the golden nest drink here, because i couldnt find it. ill definitely be on the lookout for that next time i come to denver, since its an absolute must have in my house.
