If you have a classic car, don't bother. While the guys here nicely tell you they can help, they…read moredon't explain anything they do to your car so you pick it up and you just hope for the best. They stated multiple times over the years that their "classic car guy" was an expert and could handle a classic car. For the first 5 years of living in atlanta, I took my classic mercedes here until they finally told me their classic car guy was leaving and they wouldn't touch my car going forward. Frankly, they did 5 years of changing my oil and nothing else but they'd charge me for what they called "regular maintenance". Regular maintenance on a classic car should include a lot more than just topping up the oil and calling it a day, but every time I'd mention knocking noises or brake issues or anything else to them, they wouldn't address it at all so I had no idea if they thought it was an issue or didn't. Finally 5 years later, thank god their classic car guy left, because I took it over to a place in Decatur and all of the things I had been worried about, they found a reason, they gave me a full breakdown online of what they recommended and why, they answered all of my questions, and I could pay the invoice online and feel good about it. Update: As of 9:30 p.m., Jacob, the owner, repeatedly called and texted me after my review. He first falsely claimed I'd only visited once four years ago, then offered to pay me, which I refused. After that, he pulled up what he claimed were years of invoices that were not real, despite the fact that I have the original receipts for my own transactions. Even after I repeatedly told him to stop contacting me, he continued until I had to block his number. Based on both my experience and his behavior afterward, I would never recommend this business.

My car was overheating, but after they replaced the radiator, I haven't had a single problem since. So when my Maxima recently started leaking oil from multiple places -- the valves, valve pan, and O-ring -- I didn't hesitate to bring it back to them for a tune-up. Once again, they did an incredible job! My car now runs like it's brand new, and I couldn't be more pleased. The team is not only highly skilled but also professional, honest, and very forthright. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, explaining exactly what needed to be done and making sure I was comfortable with everything before moving forward. I was especially impressed by how the mechanic remembered my car from two years ago! He hadn't seen me since 2022, but he knew my vehicle right away, which shows the level of care and personal service they offer. The quality of work and customer service here is so impressive that we've officially replaced our dealership with them! I recently dropped off my Nissan Rogue for repairs, and we plan to bring my son's Honda here as well. This is the shop we trust for all our vehicle needs going forward. If you're looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and skilled auto shop that treats you like family and gets the job done right the first time, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I…read moreclearly explained the symptoms and specifically told them the issue needed to be evaluated while driving. After their "diagnostic," I was told my rotors were warped and agreed to repairs totaling about $2,200, believing they had actually identified the problem I came in for. They didn't. The original noise, wobble, and vibration were still there. I brought the car back, and suddenly they discovered that my driveshaft was completely loose--and now I'm being quoted another $1,500+ just for the part. How does a shop perform a diagnostic for noise, wobbling, and vibration and completely miss a major driveline issue? I spent thousands of dollars based on their diagnosis, the actual problem was never fixed, and now I'm expected to spend thousands more for something that should have been identified the first time. At this point, I feel completely taken advantage of. I would not trust this shop with another repair.

Not knowing any service shops, based off reviews, I selected Anthem to have it towed to. I sent an email and left information and what had happened with it just hoping that they could possibly get to it the next day, which was a Friday, so I could drive back to SC that evening. Knew it was a long shot but Brett and team (Forry and Chris) squeezed it in, found the issue (fan wasn't working), got the OEM part in before ordering cutoff and got it fixed by the end of the day so I could drive back home that evening. I was so impressed with the communication and transparency throughout, including diagnosis and pricing. From when Brett initially called me in the morning, his attention to the details I provided in describing all the symptoms and events, to diagnosis, quickly ordering the part in and getting it worked in. I knew it would be difficult to get it fixed before the weekend, but they went above and beyond to make it happen. Even checking back a couple days later to make sure it was running okay and I had no further issues. I don't give long reviews often, but I was so very impressed with their kindness, understanding and thoroughness to get me back on the road. Finding a quality automotive service company can be difficult and take a couple of tries, but I feel very fortunate to have found them on my first shot. And if I lived in the area, Anthem would be my go to shop. Thank you Brett, Forry and Chris!
