When we had hail damage, two years later, one of the…read morecontractors from another company inspected our roof and said that ours was one of the few elastomeric roofs he had seen that were done correctly. This made me feel great about A Plus exteriors. We needed our skylights replaced and a couple of holes patched in the roof coating after the hailstorm. We called A Plus to have this work done. They replaced two skylights. The one in the master bath leaked the first time it rained. They returned and did something to the seal. Then it dripped water from condensation when the outside temps dropped. They had replaced our skylights with single pane fixtures and tried to tell us that that is what we had before. We've lived here 10 years and never had dripping from condensation. The 2nd skylight had a leaf sticking through the seal to the inside of the house. Perhaps they were overwhelmed with work from the hail storms and hired extra workers but...it was Darrell who told us we had single pane skylights before. He also said he would have to order double pane and that it would take a couple of weeks to get them. In fact, they were installed the same day. We need our house painted but probably won't use them again.

And I'm glad I checked their work because I had to have them come back because they pulled out a bunch of small sprinklers from my potted plants and hadn't replaced them. They did replace them promptly. The real problem came when I gave them a less than stellar review. It was not at all a terrible review. It was just the truth. The owner then began harassing me. And he continues to. I'm sure he thinks because I am a woman that lives alone he will intimidate me into removing it. I won't. Pretty incredibly unprofessional.

Chad and Devin got the job done in a matter of hours on a Saturday morning using their special truck to "print" gutters custom-made for my house. Victor Saenz does an excellent job of communicating and staying in touch with clients. All estimates and work start on time as promised. The work was done quicker than I expected. The work and materials appear to be excellent quality. I hired Victory Construction to replace a roof, turbine, and repair a water damaged ceiling. Apparently they do a little of everything. The roof appears to be better than what it was when it was new. The ceiling was expertly repaired and one can't tell the ceiling was ever repaired. The ceiling came out better than what the way I was told it would come out. I work graveyards so I sleep during the day. The crew was very respectful of the fact that I am a day sleeper and they didn't make any unnecessary noise. They also took measures to protect my property. They covered anything they worked near to avoid damage I would highly recommend using Victory Construction, and I plan on using them again in the future.

Stucco work around the windows was very uneven and messy. Stucco was slopped onto our brand new windows and screens, our cement patio and our patio chairs. After I cleaned up their mess from the stucco work, the next working day they spilled paint once again onto our new windows and screens. I asked that they use drop clothes and plastic to protect where they worked, but they ignored this request. Every day the workers left their lunch trash on site. They never cleaned up after work each day. After alerting the company that their workers were not very good, it took over two months for the supervisors to inspect the work. Victor agreed that the work was not professional. At least he had the courtesy of not charging us the final payment because the work was so bad!

Not only were they the lowest bid out of three we looked at but I was impressed with their professionalism the minute I met them. They also have a network of equally capable people that do specialized work, as we had the very nice and perfectionist Marcus remove our wallpaper on a 25 year old house, and Joe came in to help paint the baseboards and trim so they could finish faster. Robert was spot on on his bid and time to do the job. We added additional work that gave it one more day on the job. I also would like to add how flexible they were, always available to you for any concern, and it was addressed politely and timely. What other positive things can I say?
