Had my tree trimmed about a month ago. He did negotiate the price down. Now I know why. The quality of the work was less than satisfactory. My neighbor's brick wall had two cracked bricks in results of the tear down of my tree. Now I may be threatened with a lawsuit. The owner Craig did repair the bricks, but not very well. My small tree next to the main tree that was chopped down was slightly damaged. I never got a receipt for the work that was done. I had contacted Craig several times to get a work order and receipt for tax purposes. It's been over a month, still no receipt. I chose his company because he gave a reasonable price and has been in the business for over 20 years. He is also supposedly a licensed and insured arborist. My experience with this company was very poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unless you don't care about the quality of the work and not getting a receipt. Well, as they say, you live and your learn. I will no longer rely solely on one reference for a business. I should have done more research, so I guess I deserved this! read more
