We initially used JCH on a master bathroom remodel about 2 years ago that included all wall…read morepainting, matching wall texture in several locations of removed mirrors, etc. and spray painting all of the cabinetry. Their work was very high quality and the prep and protection of the adjacent areas was very well done. We recently had JCH back to paint the interior of a large double door entry with extensive natural wood molding/panels and etched glass. They also re-painted a kitchen accent wall and hallway baseboards following a major floor remodeling project. Their prep work and protection of the adjacent main living areas was top notch. They erected a plastic containment tent that was 15' high and enabled them to sand, prep and spray the entry door system resulting in a finish that looks like it came from the factory. I have an architectural background and 40 years of construction experience and JCH's prep, protection and final product are as good as anything I've experienced. Their crews on both of our projects were courteous and made sure that their work every step of the way met our expectations. We will absolutely be using JCH Painting on our next project and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a painting project.

John has contacted me out of the blue on several occasions throughout the year (and I have screenshots to prove it) to say that someone would be coming to fix a window on certain days, then... nothing. No show, no call, no follow up, no apology. In addition several cracks have appeared in the floor, with no way to repair other than complete floor replacement and even in our shifting Texas soil I can't help believe if it had been done correctly and if the slab had been poured with that in mind it would not have happened. Also several small things coming apart like the backsplash behind the sink counter and the framing around the doors. The sliding bathroom doors have never truly closed and locked properly, which was another thing he committed to have someone come fix and no one ever did. The kitchen cabinets are forming cracks where the framing goes around the door as well. At this point we would rather just address issues and repairs ourselves than deal with John Stallard again.
