Knowledgeable as to carpet type and formula to use for best results. Not our first rodeo, and so the wife was looking to get away from the big names who always just never seem to live up to their hype. Brothers turned out to be very competitive and because they are involved in more than just carpet cleaning (they do fire recovery work as well) they shared insight as to how to keep things looking cleaner longer. I had only scheduled a basic carpet cleaning and they truly did the most thorough job I have ever had done. My carpet looks brand new, and they were not soaked like they sometimes have been. They were both very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient. While we were discussing some of the other options that they offer, (I asked) , it came up that they also did grout cleaning. They called to ensure they had time on their schedule and were able to perform the grout cleaning for me at a discount combined with my other service. Which saved me time and money which was an extra bonus, considering they were one of the cheapest quotes I had gotten. They were both so incredibly nice, it was actually a pleasure to have them in my home. Very pleased with the service and the technicians. I will request them by name the next time I need to have my carpets cleaned.

I said yes and the cat had pissed on the couch and loveseat. They arrived and started cleaning the furniture then the carpet. It looked good until it all dried. Well they showed up around 1:30 pm and told me it would require another $100 to redo the job. I'm stuck had to pay for them to do the job right. The carpet cleaning company you definitely should stay away from is Stanley Steamer out of Phoenix Or. they will do the job half assed and then charge to redo it. I am NOT a happy customer. Do not use them. This is a small valley they service so word will get around how they do business.
