They now fit perfectly. We weren't in a rush for them, so the two-plus weeks time for pickup didn't bother us and we will definitely return if we need anything altered in the future.

All dates given with at least 2-3 weeks before the dress needs to be picked up. She forgot to do it then rushed it and damaged the dress making multiple snags on essentially a brand new dress that was just hung in a garment bag since she had it last and she had the audacity to say "that's just the nature of lace" Showing the dress to the shop where it was purchased they said its destroyed and not repairable. We will not be bringing any more work here or sending anyone else there to get work done.

I can make that fit in my schedule, but as soon as I walked in the door with three brand new suits that I ordered from New York, California and New Orleans....I was told she no longer alters the length of sleeves on jackets or sport coats. I was told she no longer alters the sides of sports coats, like tapering in the waist, etc.. and I was told that the only thing she could really help me with would be the hem length of the pants. Well, the largest disappointment was that she suggested that I go to a hooterite or someone else who has time for those kinds of things. So people, unless you just simply need pants hemmed, don't walk through the door. I don't know it just didn't make any sense that an alteration shop would send the guy outside the door and pass up on probably $200 of work????? I know it's not the only alteration shop in town but I wasted my time walking to the door. I'll find another place and I'll get the suits ready to go for my summer trips, but I absolutely don't recommend using this place. When I visit my mom in Houston Texas, there are hundreds of alteration shops. I guess next time I should have my suit shipped to my mom's place and then just get them altered there in short order.

Fast forward to today, I went in and was sort of greeted by a young lady with an attitude, and she passed me along to a young man who informed me that there would be an expedite fee, but they could probably still get it done. Seemed like I was bothering him we walked across the floor to go and look at suits or whatever we were gonna do and he all of a sudden got a question from another customer which he went ahead and broke off from me and assisted.
