We were referred to this mechanic by someone who used to work there so we thought this place would be reliable. We were wrong. The serpentine belt on our car snapped. We brought the car to J&C and they fixed it in 3 hours for $250. We had it for the day after and the belt snapped again. We brought it back to J&C to fix it again and they left our car in Wawa parking lot for 4 days! Our brand new tire also somehow went flat while it sat there. My husband went in to confront the manager only to be told by an employee to "take his keys and get the fuck outta here." We will be suing this establishment. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS! amazing nothing changed in their reviews in a decade. must be family ran screw this place ! dishonest scumbbags. shit work careless and clueless and dont stand by their work or fix their screw ups. had some work done and the day I picked it up check engine and other dash lights. Told me to keep an eye and let them know. then the starter went when I turned the truck off at the store immediately after picking it up from them so I had it towed. out of pocket. they tried to charge me for new starter after I found exposed wires from their recent work. they then proceeded to throw out my keys and key fob when I went back and picked my car up with my spare set because I wasnt giving them another dime. and gave me the run around I had to take the car to another shop to fix their shit again. and the owner is a prick who doesn't give a damn about good business practice. this place cost me so much money don't ever take your car there for anything. read more

Honest mechanic and he does great work! Usually gets your car in and out quick and has fair prices.

Have had the pleasure of working with these mechanics for a few monthes . First my starter went and they replaced it at a very reasonable price . Then my clutch went however they replaced it and it works like a charm.Again at a reasonable price. Someone took my right passenger mirror off and they replaced it and looks great. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Took my brand new car, (only 1 year old) for inspection, and they tore my windshield wiper blades up so I would have to pay them $75.00 for the new OEM wiper blades. This place is the worst. I've stopped a few times to have done tires plugged. I don't know why but I keep running over screws, nails, etc. Every Time I go in there, the old guy looks over from his seat and says, it's going to be about 45 minutes. Seriously? It takes 5 minutes to plug a tire, literally as my tire is deflating I'm asking if anyway they could get to it after. His response is simply no. I don't expect all work to stop because I walked in, but when employees are sitting around it's bothersome. Not to mention the fact they charge $25.00 to plug a tire, seems high to me. Since the Millevoi Bros gave this location up the new owners are sorely lacking. Their gas prices are fair and are open extended hours. This place might be ok for a flat tire or a new set of wiper blades but even basic preventative maintanence maybe a bit much for them. Just look around and judge for yourself. read more

Worst experience ever with a repair shop. Newly purchased car needed an inspection. They charged my son $150.

Total rip-off! they charge $25 +tax to replace a bulb! Many places do it for free or for $5!

I took my car here for inspection, they called me before doing any work( I thought). When they called me he told me I needed new tires and new brakes but I just got new tires and new brakes. So I told him not to do anything and I will pick it up after work. They ended up doing an oil change and used the most expensive oil. Needless to say I had to pay $118 for emission and the oil change after I asked them not to do any work! They are a bunch of crooks. They will try to sell you things you don't need and bend you over backwards in the process. Save your money and go somewhere else! I would give them 0 stars if possible read more

I decided to take my car to this place even after reading these reviews because it is so close to my job. I couldn't have been more surprised! Extremely friendly people in the front office and the owner even came out to introduce himself when he overheard I was a first time customer. I only had a tire rotation and oil change performed and when I came back to pick my car up I found they had attached a coupon for service they performed which saved me $10.00. I'm glad I gave them a try and will most certainly return again. read more
