They do offer the gas and they do have the area where you can order your food. It was pretty clean for the most part and service was not too bad. Their sign says $6 but the cash register charges $8.19 plus tax, which I refuse to pay. The breakfast sandwiches and other food in the cubicles are usually burnt and dried out because they sit under the heat lamps for hours. The whole milk is frequently sour. The rolls are low-end and bland so the sandwiches do not taste nearly as good as they could. The salads are a barren joke. The other prepared food ranges from off-tasting to so-so at best. All of it is overly salty and has low-end ingredients but at least it is fresher than average for a lowly convenience store. The gas pumps are convenient, the staff fast and friendly, and the prices higher than a kite. Thus, your typical Wawa. The store is a bit worn out but the neighborhood safe and beautiful. Traffic is usually very heavy and the roads frustrating to navigate. Come for the convenience only, not the food quality.

I have only tanked up here once. I used pump #5. The shutoff valve did not work, and gasoline…read moreoverflowed all over me, my hands, legs, and shoes, and the ground. It was A LOT of gasoline. I am very grateful that there was no spark. This could have been a dangerous disaster, instead it was just an annoying inconvenience. The man who worked here seemed to be telling me that it was my fault too, like I did something wrong in pumping the gas. I'm very careful when I pump gas: I don't use that clip that keeps the valve open. The shutoff valve just didn't work. I've had this happen once before, at a really ghetto gas station in Cleveland, Ohio, but in that case the spill was really minor. This spill was terrifyingly large. I do not recommend coming here. Safety is really important to me and I would rather pay a few cents more per gallon for a station that keeps its equipment in good order. Never mind the fact that I ended up paying for gasoline that didn't go into my tank. Getting gasoline all over yourself is not a pleasant experience. It would have been nice if the man working here had at least apologized or offered me a refund or something, but he didn't offer me anything, instead he kept blaming me for what happened. I really hope the owner examines his pumps and gets them all in order. This is just not the kind of thing you play around with or take lightly. One little spark and a thing like this could have killed someone and/or destroyed someone's car or part of the station.

I gave her $40 and asked her to give me a rewards discount by entering my phone number. After asking if everything went well, I went to fill up my car, but the gas station display showed the price without a discount. I went back to the cashier, but she started talking to me aggressively. At first I said that I hadn't paid at all, then that I paid with a credit card, when we couldn't come to an agreement at all, she went outside with me. I carefully wanted to show her the price on the big display, to which she started shouting, "Don't touch me," In the end, I asked to call the manager to clarify the situation, to which she replied that she would call the police if I didn't leave. I have lived in this area for 25 years, I fill up at this gas station, this is the first time I see this aggressive person here. By the way, she never said her name. Like Jessica, like Alice. And here the question is not about those few pennies of discount, but about attention and politeness to customers,

Their rep promised me a refund and even admitted that the delivery person had failed to post a photo of the allegedly delivered product. The rep promised me a refund yet inexplicably never gave me one. It may have been a blessing in disguise because I subsequently read consumer reviews of Wawa's pizza. It turns out that it is just reheated frozen pizza with cheap, low quality ingredients including canned tomato sauce. In other words, Wawa charges $25 for a $6 supermarket pizza! In my experience, Wawa's other food is equally low-end. The rolls in their sandwiches are always stale, hard, and over-toasted even when you ask them not to toast them at all. The sodium levels are literally six times the recommended amount per calorie and Wawa even gives you a sodium warning in advance! This is because Wawa buries their bland food in salt to mask its boring flavors. Wawa's breakfast sandwiches are almost always hard, old, and burnt because they sit under punishing heat lamps for hours. The whole milk is frequently sour unlike at other local stores. I would only recommend Wawa to Osama bin Laden and my mother-in-law. This is a real review from a real consumer, so please do not delete it! Upon request, I will provide proof of all claims via email.

(There used to be an Atlantic station where the mini-park is now. Remember that?) I once interviewed here for a job (but decided against it). The woman who owns it was convinced that people don't go to a gas station for the cheapest price but for service. What service? I pump my own gas; all I care about is maybe if there's a roof above the pumps if its raining. At the time, they had a 2-car service station, which is where my family had our cars serviced. Apparently the woman didn't recognize the draw of loyal customers a good mechanic brings, as the station was redone to include an A-Plus food mart and no garage (probably to follow suit of the Exxon that did the same thing but I don't think had a garage). Why would I give a crap whether I could buy a twinkie with my gas when you employed a mechanic who did good work? There's a Wawa a 30-second drive down the street.

The Philadelphia area needs more diesel pumps and this station provided quite a few, back on their…read moreown islands. I don't need that much diesel fuel on a trip, but it's the everyday, brake-and-go traffic that kills the fuel economy. The other day, I got stuck in a traffic backup because of 3 bank robbers and I was diverted from going down State Road 320 to taking Wynnewood, is it? I remember taking that as an alternative when I lived in the area and coming out around Narberth, and crossing somewhere, ending up in Havertown. Well, not that day, and I ended up wasting a lot of fuel mostly sitting. In any case, on my way out of town, this station was there, and since I don't know the quality of Lukoil (all fuel has minimal stanards, but I don't need surprises for any of 600 miles.) I know Sunoco, good or bad. The pump worked fine from card to fill to receipt. I didn't have an A+ card, so no rewards (oh, that's where the AM/PM went, to A+) so it just took my bank card. It even returned it to me. The one thing that was bad was that there was diesel fuel all over the pump. I didn't see any paper towels, but maybe I missed them. It seemed just to be pumps only back there but there were plenty of them. They weren't terribly high on price but that's because they're all kind of high on price, don't you think?
