Charged me(insurance) for turbine roof vents and never installed them but also charged me for a different/new type of vent, replaced my tinted skylight with a non-tinted skylight. The salesman ghosted me and then no longer worked there but ReNew didnt reassign a new salesman nor communicate he was gone until I sent a half dozen emails over a 4 week period asking why no one could respond with updates. Overall the work was a ram/jam get it done fast with terrible customer service. The crew left a mess and will urinate/defecate in your yard behind a tree. When they finally did complete the work the new salesman that came seemed to have his ish together; unfortunate this guy wasnt around originally.

They went the extra mile unexpected when no one else did. Before they showed up it was very difficult to find anyone in northern Wisconsin to replace my roof on my home and my garage. Many contractors don't respond or very unreliable or little experience. Thier estimator was extremely personable and professional and was also the project manager which was easy to gain trust. Their proposal was very professional and took into account variables to be very reliable without hidden surprises. They beat the competition and with going the extra mile to temp repair my roof became an easy decision. The proposed date of work and completion promised became reality. Which is very hard to trust and find in northern Wisconsin. As an engineer, and managed many construction projects in my career, Forever Exteriors is a quality company that will give you a quality project within and affordable budget and on time. I strongly recommend this company and their services and have no affiliation. o believe in giving credit when due as well as criticism but have none for their performance. Arriving at our lake home this year I immediately saw damage. I contacted Bruce and asked if he could update my estimate. He had the old one on file so I had a new one in minutes. He provided me with a link to the website where I could pick my colors and I signed a contract that day. Within three days I had his entire crew at my home who completely replaced my roof with Tilcor CF Shake metal roofing. I couldn't be happier with the results, it's been a little over three weeks now and it's rained and hailed and the roof held up like a champ! Wind resistant up to 120 miles an hour, hail resistant, and best of all fire resistant. If you're in northern Wisconsin or Minnesota and need a new roof Bjorkstrand is a great choice!

Don't let them trip you up on saying the exposed screws are to keep the wind from blowing it off. Dont fall for the advertisement and " years of experience" Dont fall for THEIR WAY of installing to your existing drip edge trim. This Tilcor CF Shake and Shingle system is well designed even for going over existing shingles. However in my case the Bjorkstrand install is Completely unacceptable and misleading. My ridge is not vented either along with some other components to the system missing. Talk to Tilcor or go to there website. Everything you need is there. Be familiar with this system before you go with this guy this includes Affordable Exteriors LLC out of bloomer Wi who Bruce had do the install and Willy. I wish I would have but put my trust in this guy. If your install happens to be like mine and you call them out you will have a battle on your hands. Document everything. The price turned out too good to be true. I have construction background, but not familiar with this Tilcor roof system and my gut told things weren't right after I payed them and they left. If you stop payment they'll threaten to prosecute. The walk around at the end is useless with the underlying issues or if your oblivious to the Tilcor system or both and if you do spot something you'll get excuses, guilt trips, and gaslighted. I hope your install was proper. 50 year warranty is on the product itself...Think about that... Good luck folks - Your fellow, now aware and educated in the Tilcor roof systems, homeowner. This is no joke, ask to see a material list with your proposal and compare it to the Tilcor Instruction manuel before you even think of letting them touch your home. BEWARE! I was given the number of known proper installer and he is coming to inspect and give me a bid for damages, most likely a complete re-roof due to how it goes together. Bruce and crew have gone ghost and text messages don't deliver.
