Always carefully read the outside of metal clothing bins before dropping off your clothes. Just because H & M donates to other organizations doesn't make them a not-for-profit company. Goldman Saks and McDonalds make donations all the time to different organizations but I wouldn't consider them charities. They're all in the business of making a profit, just like H & M. In my opinion, your clothing is better off going to traditional non-profit companies like the Salvation Army or Goodwill Industries. Look for their logos or go online to find the nearest collection center to you.

We were forced to renovate our upstairs bathroom after less than 2 years because the tile was coming up off the floor because they used the wrong materials, holes in the floor were plugged with paper towels then covered in adhesive, our contractor was literally able to lift the tiles and adhesive off the floor because the work was so shoddy. In our den, there are brown marks showing through the cheap paint that was used throughout the whole house. They also sided over the dryer vent, which could have again caused a fire if it wasn't spotted by us. I happened to run into one of the owners who was flipping the house next door and when I told him about these issues, his only response was that they couldn't possibly keep an eye on all of their contractors all the time. Be very wary of purchasing any home flipped by this company and any house sold by this company. Have an extremely thorough inspection done and DO NOT accept AS-IS contingencies with any counter offers they come back with.
