We were forced to renovate our upstairs bathroom after less than 2 years because the tile was coming up off the floor because they used the wrong materials, holes in the floor were plugged with paper towels then covered in adhesive, our contractor was literally able to lift the tiles and adhesive off the floor because the work was so shoddy. In our den, there are brown marks showing through the cheap paint that was used throughout the whole house. They sided over the dryer vent which could have caused a fire as well. I happened to run into one of the owners who was flipping the house next door and when I told him about these issues, his only response was that they couldn't possibly keep an eye on all of their contractors all the time. Be very wary of purchasing any home flipped by this company and any house sold by their real estate company realty maintained.
