Judith is an absolute professional, making (what could be a painful experience) an enjoyable wax appointment.

India was my massage therapist and I had a 90 minute massage that was so relaxing I melted into the table. Super recommend this place, parking and entrance can be a bit confusing but that just gives you more opportunity to meander the beautiful property.

I booked a Garden Goddess combo for myself and my sister, including a facial, paraffin, hot stone,…read moreand a 90-minute massage. I tipped $200 and thanked the staff, but I want to share feedback because this business has real potential. Unfortunately, due to several fatal flaws, they've lost a high-value, repeat spa customer who frequently gifts spa experiences. I hope ownership takes this seriously and makes improvements. First, the entrance is difficult to find. There is no clear signage, and the only visible gate says "welcome" but is shut. Once we found the correct entrance, the steps were covered in months of dead leaves, completely obstructing them leaving an unsafe, unprofessional, and ugly entrance. Fixing would cost 5 minutes. Upon entering, we were not greeted warmly or offered water, tea, or wine--standard at this price point. We were simply told to remove our shoes. We had to ask for water, which was served in a tiny cup with no carafe to refill ourselves. The waiting area was visually nice but had absolutely no music, creating an awkward, tense atmosphere instead of relaxing. We arrived early to change into robes, as I confirmed over the phone, but none were offered, we had to ask. The robes were old, worn. It was also 90 degrees, and the AC was off. After an awkward exchange where they said they could turn it on "if we wanted," we said YES but it was never turned on it seems. I discover that music was handled individually by each therapist on their personal phones, which led to interruptions when switching providers. Notifications disrupted the experience, and one therapist clearly didn't review my intake form. I had to stop her mid-session to change the music from loud lo-fi to the healing frequencies I had requested. It made the intake form feel pointless. My facial was extremely disappointing. The esthetician needs severe coaching, she used harsh, fast movements that were stressful rather than relaxing. She used Kleenex on my face, which broke apart during use, and did not fully remove exfoliant before continuing, causing gritty residue to be rubbed into my skin. During the enzyme, she left me alone instead of providing a neck or shoulder massage, which is standard. The paraffin treatment involved an awkward wax-filled glove that was difficult to use and poorly applied. The massage started without consideration of my intake form. The therapist immediately worked on my inner thigh: an area I explicitly marked as off-limits due to a serious injury. I had to stop her. While her technique was otherwise good, she made loud, constant hissing and huffing noises, which were distracting and uncomfortable. Bringing me to the most frustrating issue: I had clearly requested separate rooms when booking, and this was confirmed. Instead, we were placed in the same room without acknowledgment, explanation, or apology. I didn't speak up because I didn't want to disrupt my sister's experience, but this was a major breach of expectation. Upon checkout, the staff member remained seated, made minimal eye contact, and showed little appreciation. The overall customer service felt cold and disengaged. I will not be returning, but I hope this feedback is taken seriously. With better attention to detail, communication, and professionalism, this business could significantly improve and retain customers like me.

Fire alarm was pulled out of the ceiling. The whole room should be for storage. Massage was inconsistent. Normally they spend equal amount of time on each side and do similar things. My masseur spent maybe half the line on my left side than she did on the right. She also used different techniques on each side, and there was no reason for it. Also, I got the CBD upgrade, but I know she didn't use it but charged me for it. They say it is controlled, so the from desk lady poured it in a cup for the massage lady to add it to the cream. When I was dressing, I saw the oil still in the cup. I didn't question it at that point because I just wanted to get out of there and had a gift card, so I wasn't going to come back anyway to use the rest of the money. Maybe their other locations are better, but don't go here.

The ladies and I planned a girls' getaway with the expectation of a luxury spa day. Let me be clear…read more-- if luxury is what you're seeking, do not book here. From the start, the experience was disappointing. During booking, we informed the spa that our group would consist of nine people. When we arrived, we were told they only had seating for seven -- and two of those seats were stepstools. When we asked for additional seating, we were told that "someone from their company" had already notified us of that limitation. That was not true. The person in our group who coordinated the booking never spoke to anyone by phone, and communication was difficult since everything is done strictly via email. There was no notification given. The service descriptions are also misleading. Several of us booked a 45-minute massage plus a 45-minute salt scrub or mud wrap -- under the impression we were paying for separate services totaling 90 minutes. Instead, we learned (only after questioning why treatments were running behind) that the spa combines the services into one 45-minute session. This was not stated anywhere during booking. To make matters worse, the on-site staff seemed confused as well. While they were very nice, any time we asked questions about what we paid for or how the services worked, the team had to step away to email or call someone else for answers. It felt disorganized and unprofessional from beginning to end. We came expecting a luxury experience and instead we were left feeling misled and uncomfortable before our services even began. If you're planning a special occasion or looking for a premium spa experience, I would not recommend booking here.

I was on cloud 9 and I hadn't even had my service yet. My sister and I scheduled on the 1st of January because we were back home and everything would be closed for the most part. I scheduled the Hungarian Mud Wrap and felt like I was floating after my service. I had Maggie as my massage therapist and she was extremely knowledgeable about joint and muscle pain. The service itself was 100 minutes and included a full body massage and a head mud/oil scrub. It was by far the best spa treatment I've ever had. The spa was booked at capacity that day, so it was pretty full. They had two waiting rooms to relax, drink tea/coffee, have snacks and order your food if you wanted. The services came with a complimentary mimosa or mocktail. The infrared sauna was a one person sauna, but obviously has great benefits. Within the women's locker room, there were 3 eucalyptus showers that were life changing. I cannot wait to go back when we are back in St Louis.

What. A. Mom-cation. My husband absolutely nailed Christmas…read morethis year and gifted me a hotel room and a full spa day--all by myself. No schedules. No "Mom, can you...?" Just rest. And I can honestly say I'm heading home feeling like a brand-new woman. (Full hotel review coming soon.) From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warmest smile, which instantly set the tone for the entire experience. Then Crystal welcomed me back and took incredible care of me with a full-body scrub followed by a full-body massage--and wow. The body scrub alone was next-level relaxing. From my neck all the way down to my toes, every bit of dry winter skin was gently exfoliated away. My skin felt baby-soft--the kind of soft you keep touching because you can't believe it's yours. After rinsing off, I dried, slipped into the coziest space, and settled onto a heated massage table that immediately melted any tension I had left. Crystal checked in with me about pressure and focus areas, and when I say she listened--she really did. My neck and upper back were so deeply relaxed that I didn't even realize how much time had passed until she gently asked me to turn over. By the time she worked into my chest and shoulders, I was knocked out AGAIN. I awakened as she is lifting the bed so I can sit up. I'm handed a robe, water and slippers and slide my now noodle soft body down the hall to my facial. Another heated bed and Ashley await me. And my face is treated to a winter time refresh. I also feel asleep during this relaxing service. And when I woke up a moisturized and refreshed face was staring back at me. This wasn't just a spa treatment--it was intentional, thoughtful, and exactly what my body and mind needed. Every mom deserves this level of care and Ashley & Crystal made sure to make that happen.
