Once received, I see that it's offset... as in, the shirt looks twisted ON you. And each shoulder is different. On a tank-style top. Not only did it look weird, it felt weird. Seeing that this BR Factory Store wasn't far, I returned there. The staff in store were nice and completed my return efficiently. Then I went to browse. There was a whole collection of weird, offset, ugly tops like mine. I remember when Banana Republic was known for classics and quality, and could be counted on for a few nice tops. I didn't see anything for me, though I will say there was a fair selection. I'll hope BR hires some different designers and try again in a while.

Even the clothe stock is good enough. However, there were no great deals ongoing so we had to return empty hand. My wife tried few jeans and seems to be off fit at different places. I wonder if their sizes fits anyone. Clearance section was a mess and it's challenge to find things from the stock. There was not even a single staff member who addressed us or even welcomed to store evernthough many passed by and were working infront of us.

There are plenty of stores along with a food court. There are some name brand stores and some stores not tied to name brands. There are deals regularly, especially around times like Black Friday and before and after any holiday. My wife really enjoys visiting the Outlets North Phoenix, and we'll plan in advance to spend a chunk of a day in the area visiting stores. I sometimes go in with her, and I sometimes take a book and read it outside while waiting for her. There are more than twenty shops at the Outlets North Phoenix. My wife's favorite is the Ann Taylor Factory Store. We also recently visited Under Armour and Rack Room Shoes. There is also a Coach Outlet, Gap Factory, Michael Kors Outlet, and so much more. The Outlets North Phoenix also has its own Cafes at Anthem Food Court, which includes Ruby's Express, Auntie Anne's, Charley's, Famous Wok, Fresca's Mexican Grill, Auto Boba, Pupetto's Gelato, and Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory. There are other restaurants a short drive from the Outlets if more sit-down restaurants are desired. There are plenty of sales, discounts, and deals. Each day, different sales are listed on their website at https://www.northphoenixoutlets.com/sales. There are also military, senior, teacher, and student discounts (all published on their website). Be prepared to share IDs accordingly when taking advantage of the discounts. The teacher and student discounts range from 10 to 25% off depending on the store or restaurant. There is also a free Elite Rewards membership with a birthday gift and so much more, which you can find out more about at https://www.northphoenixoutlets.com/elite-rewards. Each store has its own hours though the general hours at 10 AM to 8 PM daily except Sunday when it is open 10 AM to 7 PM. Other amenities of the Outlets North Phoenix include an air-conditioned food court with free WiFi, resort-style seating, and flat screen televisions, restrooms and a mother's lounge area, complimentary wheelchairs and stroller rentals, covered parking areas, curbside loading and unloading, an outdoor, shaded children's play area and splash pad, pet friendly service, electric car charging stations, vending machines, "Things to Do" brochure center, and more. The customer service was awful; they really let their racism show at the Polo Ralph Lauren Anthem outlets. We needed help, and they ignored us right in front of our faces. A guy with long hair got angry when we asked for a size and answered horribly, and don't even get me started on the other employees. We waited for over 20 minutes to be helped, while "white" people were rushed in and helped as soon as they entered the store. I've been a Polo customer for years; my purchases are always over $500. I've never been humiliated like this. God forgive them, horrible people. NEVER GOING BACK!!

See my review of Coach Outlet. http://www.yelp.com/biz/coach-factory-outlet-glendale#hrid:aIViAW1uXVxHIBB12qoIAA Polo is no exception. Men's button down Oxford shirts are advertised as $64.99, less a special store discount of an additional 30% off. I have never been here when there wasn't a special store discount of 30% off! Okay, so about $46 or so. Both, Dillard's and Macy's have nearly the identical discounts and pricing. Second, rather than the heavy duty 100% cotton Oxford shirts, they are now carrying a lighter weight blend for similar prices. A knock-off if you will of their own product. Wow! So why shop at an Outlet, when your favorite major retailer can meet or beat these prices? In the future, I will take a pass. Sorry!
