Right when I walked in, she was openly rude to her coworker, who ended up going to the back just to get away. Reyne followed, then came back out and continued acting the same way in front of customers. It was awkward and unprofessional. When she finally helped me, she introduced herself but her attitude didn't improve. She was short, and didn't seem interested in actually helping. I was looking at shirts, and out of nowhere she started talking about jeans, which made the whole interaction confusing. I like this brand and their products, but the customer service I experienced was a huge letdown. If Kimes Ranch wants people to keep coming back, they really need to rethink who they have working the floor

The staff were super friendly and helpful and it was very clean inside. Thank you Vans! They had a sale going on with the shirts by 2 for $20 and some other deals going on. One of the shoes my son got was also on sale for $17! What a steal! I suggest asking what they have in the back, as most of the time they have something back there that you don't see out front when it comes to the Sale/Clearance Shoes. If they don't have your kids size, get a bigger size that they can grow into...always take advantage of the sales! Parking is NEVER an issue, as there's tons of space. Now, this DOES NOT come up as Vans "Outlet" on Google or Apple Maps, just Vans. When you turn into the first entrance as you get off the freeway, you just make a sharp right at the first stop sign after the Chevron on the left, then another immediate left and you'll be there (next to the Skechers Outlet). Get in there and get some shoes for yourself, for your kid, for anybody!

Even the clothe stock is good enough. However, there were no great deals ongoing so we had to return empty hand. My wife tried few jeans and seems to be off fit at different places. I wonder if their sizes fits anyone. Clearance section was a mess and it's challenge to find things from the stock. There was not even a single staff member who addressed us or even welcomed to store evernthough many passed by and were working infront of us.
