They sent something laughably different ( I do understand that substitutions sometimes need to be made and I have realistic expectations). I called and spoke to the owner, who said they had to make edits, omitting some of the flowers because they were in poor condition, which is why it wasn't similar to the arrangement I purchased. She said they couldn't do anything about it, and offered to add extra flowers to my next purchase. Please see screenshot of what I ordered and a photo what my mother received, for you to decide. I have lost faith in this business, and feel cheated.

I really appreciated how easy they made it -- even without seeing the flowers myself, I felt confident in their expertise. The arrangement was delivered right on time and looked absolutely beautiful Fresh, vibrant flowers and an amazing design. I can not tell you how many people commented on the flowers Highly recommend JillTed Florist -- they're reliable, creative, and truly care about the quality of their service. THE WORD "WOW!" DOES NOT DO ANY JUSTICE…read more The exclamation of the word "WOW!" does not do any justice to describe the results of John Elice of Bruce Wayne Florals' work. The flowers were incredibly beautiful, and many guests complimented them. Without a doubt, John Elice of Bruce Wayne made the floral arrangements look far more expensive than they were. In addition, between the floral arrangements, candles, tablecloths and chargers, John Elice of Bruce Wayne made the Vinoy ballroom look like an elegant fairy-tale scene befitting the Royals. There are no sufficient words describe the beauty he created for our special day. One guest told me it looked like "Shangri-La". It is extremely apparent that John Elice of Bruce of Wayne put all of his mind, body, heart and soul into his work. His dedication was further evidenced by John constantly trying to obtain flowers that my wife wanted but were difficult to procure, which he ultimately did. In addition, he was extremely patient while working with us even when we had difficulty in making decisions.  Moreover, he understood our vision and was able to make them a reality and sometimes suggest better ideas that fully realized our vision. Prior to the wedding, many vendors, including other florists, had told my wife and me that Bruce Wayne Florals were the best of all florists. My wife and I saw just how true that statement was, and then some, on our wedding day. Bruce Wayne Florals deserves 20 out of 5 stars!

The flowers were arranged very creatively, they were fresh, and they were so aromatic that I was ecstatic. Thanks, Hamiltons, for sending us flower arrangements that do not look like some run-of-the-mill products that are out there. Hamiltons is my go-to florist now!
