What an amazing first impression!!! My wife and I ordered a Custom Flower Design online for my "Parent's 60th Diamond Anniversary". We left everything else up to the florist. Wow! Rose Garden exceeded all our expectations and for a great price. The quotes below are from the texts I received after the flowers were delivered. "The roses look like wax. They're absolutely gorgeous! It's very unique " "The other side is just as beautiful!" "I've never seen such a beautiful arrangement!" My wife and I were so impressed with our first order, we ordered another design the next day. I and my entire family have a new favorite florist. read more

I arrived at this store through Google's address looking for a last minute florist for my wedding arrangements and to my surprise I found the best of all. The service that the store owner gave me was exceptional was personalized. Michael was fantastic with just a few photos and a lamp he made my wedding centerpieces come to life. I just have to say a thousand thanks because even at the last moment, as in the same week of my wedding, he attended me very kindly, he was very attentive and with excellent prices within my budget, he even made delivery to the place of the ceremony. I just want to say that this florist has the best service that I think you can ever find anywhere else. Thank you for my centerpieces they was beautiful very grateful Michael read more

Heather is a lovely person but my flowers did not turn out how I wanted. The bouquet style trend currently is a wide bouquet with cascading flowers. I did change my mind to that towards the end but she said she could make the change. I wish she would've said no I can't make it look like the picture you sent or to have that this would need to happen. There was a disconnect in communication. If she had said she couldn't have been accommodating with what I wanted I wouldn't have told her to change from my original all calla lillies I wanted. The flowers at the reception were too short for the vase she had them in it definitely could've looked better than it did. read more

Placed order over phone (I live in California) for my mom who lives in Largo. Day of delivery, my mom sent a picture and the arrangement was nice, but not really what I had in mind. Called Rose Garden Florist back and they went above and BEYOND! They drive out right away, picked up the arrangement and brought it back to their shop to spruce it up. Mom got it the next day and it actually made her cry!!! Thank you to this great shop!! read more

I am so sorry that I paid for a large funeral arrangement for Rose Garden. For $170, I got flowers that all died on the third day!! I was giving them to shut ins but saw they were not holding up. Altho a beautiful arrangement, it was not in oasis properly. What a disappointment. After letting them know, they said they don't expect funeral flowers to last long. Are you kidding?????? Too too much. read more

This florist was recommended to me by a friend. When I called to have flowers delivered today I was told no problem. I spoke with a woman named Maria who was pleasant, professional, and very helpful. We actually live in California and our grandma's 90th birthday is today so I contacted this florist to have them deliver flowers to her earlier today for a same day delivery. I placed the order too late and they called saying they'd have to be delivered tomorrow since we were past the cutoff time and their driver had already left. Well, we just got a call from grandma and the flowers were delivered today and were more beautiful than what was on the website. Grandma was so excited that the woman who delivered them even told her happy birthday! Such amazing customer service!! Her day was made and we could not be happier!!! read more

The most badass flowers a girl could ever ask for! Excuse my french, but I love these photos to show off how amazing our flowers were from Rose Garden! We coordinated everything with Heather via email and it couldn't have been easier. She knew exactly the look I was going for, made amazing suggestions and kept it in a price range I needed, but had no idea how much I could afford while making it look so amazing! I have used this florist in the past and this time they initially fell short of expectations and after several emails later the issue was resolved. However, I was not aware they were addressing the concern until my future daughter in law let me know. I definitely appreciate when a business addresses their customers concerns. I just picked up my thanksgiving center piece and it looks amazing!! Mind you this was an order that was put in at 9:30 in the morning and by 3:00 it was ready to go. My wife was speechless (which if you know my wife is rare) when I brought it through the door. This should be your go to florist for all your floral needs. In addition it's very easy to get in and out of there and plenty of parking. I will try to add a picture for all to see so wish me luck. read more

This place rocks! I ordered my flowers, and because of a tech glitch, they didn't get delivered. Amazing florist. They also have a nursery too. Beautiful plants, very knowledgable and helpful.

Very disappointed with this place. They didn't take any responsibility for their products. On mother's day my husband bought me flowers and they arrived withered, after 3 days ended up in the trash because they ended up dead. I called them 2 times by nobody answered the call. Later in a conversation, my husband told me that he paid $120 ("for a small flower arrangement")and he sent another for his mother, I send them an email on 18 of June. How they didn't answer too I called today and the guy on the phone said that he can't do anything, if I have an issue, I need to call them immediately. I explained that I did 2 times but nobody took my call. His answer was "we always have somebody here". I explained too that my husband bought 3 times and 2 of them were for presents, how he aims to that the person who receive the flowers will call them or us to complain about a present. OMG If our presents arrived like mine, what a shame! read more

I called the florist late on the day of the needed delivery. I came in to purchase flowers for a Birthday. I'm usually picky when it comes to quality floral arrangements. I was looking for a nice classy high-end arrangement and was pressed for time. I came to the store and the shelves were empty. I was disappointed and about to walk out, the store owner pulled me back, and asked me what I was looking for (he mentioned he was cleaned out from the morning rush). I told him I would know it if I saw it and asked if he had a catalog to look at. But, I told him I did't have time to build an arrangement from scratch. He said it would only take 5-10 minutes. After selecting an arrangement from the catalog he went in the back, came back out, and had put together one of the best quality floral arrangements I have seen in the area. It even looked better than what was in the catalog. I highly recommend to anyone looking for high end quality floral arrangements. This florist definitely pulled through with both quality and time. He also didn't hit you bad on the price. I would have never gotten the same quality going through online retailer. I purchase enough flowers good and bad to know. This florist definitely has an eye for quality. I cannot emphasize that enough. read more
