I received an arrangement that was ordered from NYC for my mothers 96th Birthday and the delivery driver was outside the house shuffling things around as I was standing in front of the house, He then proceeded to hand me an arrangement , very much like the one on the ad of this webpage, However, It looked like it was tossed in the red SUV the driver had, but the flowers had very little water not even a brick that holds water and placed properly in the small 6x6 vase that was holding the flowers by clear type. I could not hand this to anyone to look at once I saw this mess of an arrangement. I have called and left a message on the voice mail and no one has even called. so save your money this arrangement looked like it was tossed in a vase and disheveled in the transport after other items were thrown on it and arrived dead. wilted and disgusting. In fact the flowers were even starting to turn brown on the edges. looked like they were in the van for 72 hours or more. SAVE YOUR MONEY GO ELSEWHERE. as far as Service , It was horrible by the driver. The selection that was chosen for my flowers were dead. Value??? I am sure you can get a nicer one at Walmart. My family member that sent this is not aware of me filing a complaint, She would be horrified by the service. and yes I have pics of the arrangement that was DOA. read more
