Voytek delivered a beautiful arrangement at the promised time that was perfect for my 10-year-old granddaughter. I contacted him via his website because I wanted to include a happy birthday balloon included with a flower arrangement. Voytek called me to suggest that I trust him with creating something perfect for my granddaughter, and I was happy to leave the details to him. He called me a couple of days before her birthday to tell me, with great enthusiasm, what he planned. He clearly loves what he does, and it shows. Without my knowledge, my daughter also bought flowers through Voytek for a wedding just two weeks earlier, and those flowers were beautiful. He's our new family florist! read more

Voytek, was absolutely amazing to work with for creating my floral vision for my wedding! He was very quick to respond to any of my questions, he understood my vision and really showed how much he really cared to make my wedding floral just perfect. All white roses were absolutely beautiful - from our wedding arch / bridal and party bouquets + boutonnières / over 300+ individual vases for reception table. If you are looking for florist for your wedding - I highly highly recommend Voytek!! read more

If there were ten stars I would give it to this floral business! I was looking for a florist that was open on Sunday and willing to do flowers for my daughters wedding in February at the Bilmar Hotel and Resort. We're from Ohio and not knowing anyone or anything about the area, we put our trust in this man and his business all from a list of florist on the internet! What a wonderful surprise he turned out to be! I cannot begin to say what an absolute wonderful experience we had with this business. I worked with the owner through pictures of what I wanted and from that the flowers were amazing! Also, the cost was very fair to say the least! He personally delivered my daughters flowers to the bridal suite and then set up everything for the wedding.. I am so impressed with the customer service we received from a total stranger who knew from a telephone call how nervous the mother of the bride was, that being me! I would one hundred percent recommend this business to anyone! Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! read more

Voytek provided flowers for our wedding and it was absolutely amazing. I was shocked by the level of detail he put into our entire wedding. I had heard very good things but the presentation easily exceeded expectations. My wife was so happy with our flowers I can not even begin to describe it! I highly recommend Voytek as he is a true master at his craft! read more

Zero rating, but I had to click on one of the stars in order to post this review. Flowers died within two days, after they were delivered. The owner will not stand behind them, will not give a refund nor replace them, since I did not call him within the 2 day timeframe. I called on the 4th day to complain and he would not stand behind his product. He was rude, argumentative and had an attitude. It is obvious that he does not care about his customers and lacks any form of customer Service. I will never use this florist ever again and would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

This was my fourth and probably final order with this florist. Every time I order a Teleflora bouquet online, he calls me with one reason or another why it cannot be made. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week in advance. I understand this is a busy time and some substitutions may need to be made, but my grandmother received completely different flowers from what I ordered. She is fairly particular about flowers, so I spent a long time picking out a bouquet I knew she would like. I received a call from Voytek one day prior to delivery notifying me that my grandmother's vase had been out of stock for weeks. I said it was fine, he could substitute the vase. At no point did he mention that her entire bouquet would be redesigned. Look at the picture attached to this review for a comparison. I have ordered flowers from this florist at non-peak times, and he still did not match what I ordered online. The flowers he uses are interesting, and perhaps this florist would be better suited for exclusively custom arrangements. As it stands, I cannot trust him to send flowers that my recipient will enjoy, so I will have to look elsewhere. He seems very nice and passionate, but clarity and consistency are also very important. read more

Voytek's shop should be the blueprint for any business, no matter what type, that wants to be successful, well-known, and respected. I called the shop with specific flowers in mind to send to a friend who was staying at a local hotel for 5 days. I wanted the arrangement to include iris's, euclyptus, sea grass, and white gerber daisies. Because Voytek's flowers are fresh, his selection was dependant upon what he received that day. Long story short...the arrangement he created was stunning. And my friend swears it was the most beautiful arrangement she's ever seen. We replaced iris's with purple snapdragons (the iris's were not not ready to bloom within the time needed) and euclyptus with seeded euclyptus. In addition to the white gerber daisies -- which he hunted down by calling his distributor -- we added white hydrangeas and white peonies. The end result was more than I had envisioned. This is what made Voytek stand out from any other shop I've ever dealt with, anywhere, hands down: ** I was very specific...he was VERY patient. ** He called ME back 3 times as we tried to figure out different options to replace the iris's. ** When I waivered about suggestions he made, he texted me pictures to ease my skeptic mind..."what do you think of these orchids...how about beautiful pink roses?" ** He texted me pictures for green fillers. ** He spent, in total, about a half hour with me on the phone perfecting my vision of the arrangement. ** He was sincere and genuine. ** He was just as excited as I was about my friend's reaction when she entered her hotel room only to see this stunning creation. And I think what was most impressive to me was the excitement and passion he exuded through the entire process of creating a moment for my friend and myself that would stay with us long after the flowers were gone. One last comment...when the arrangement began to droop in the morning, my friend called to see if she was doing something wrong. Too much heat in the room? Too cold in the room? What should she do? After returning from breakfast, she opened her door to an exact replica of the arrangement...delivered within hours of her phone call and without her asking or even wanting a replacement. ABOVE AND BEYOND. From beginning to end, I was treated like I was part of his family...not a customer. PERFECTION! read more

Wow! These flowers are so fresh. I am in St. Pete this week from out to town. He ordered them just this morning, and they got to my hotel (guaranteed delivery by 11am). I know they were probably very busy since today is Valentine's Day but they still accommodated, which was very kind. I walked into my hotel room and wa-lah, there they were! The bouquet is very classic looking. Thanks, Voytek! Be mine! read more

Wow! What great service by Voytek! I ordered a bouquet of flowers on a Sunday for my grandmas 90th birthday to be delivered that day (I thought this was going to be impossible). Voytek let me know that the peonies I wanted weren't in season yet unfortunately but he did an amazing job making a beautiful arrangement with what he had. They were at her house in less than an hour and she lives 20 minutes from his shop! He called to tell me no one was home and sent photos where he left the bouquet. I'm so impressed by his customer service, his speed, his kindness, and most importantly his gorgeous flowers. Highly recommend! read more

I called 4 days before Valentine's Day for delivery the day before V-Day. Voytek himself answered the phone and took the order. I told him the recipient did not like the greens included in most floral arrangements. When it arrived the arrangement was spectacular! The stargazer lilies were wonderfully layered, with open ones at the base of the arrangement cleaned of pollen and unopened lilies above. This gave great longevity to the arrangement. Some sort of large white pom pom circled the base of the arrangement to complete an awesome presentation! The recipient was ecstatic! Thank you Voytek for a truly great floral arrangement! read more

I HIGHLY recommend Voytek to ANY couple that wants beautiful flowers on their wedding day. My flowers were so beyond perfect, and Voytek was the most amazing person to work with. I am so beyond happy with the flowers he provided for us, and would recommend him to absolutely anyone!! My wife and I visited Pass-a-Grill, from Baltimore, for our first anniversary. I wanted to get my wife pink peonies that she had in her bouquet from our wedding. Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for my mother from here and she was given half-dead and wilted flowers. Being over 1,000 miles away, I was not able to see them until after she received them and sent me several photos. Also, it was not even remotely close to the arrangement in which I paid for- I received a call asking if a few changes could be made due to low inventory on specific flowers and I agreed, but this arrangement was no where near the one I chose, none of the flowers from the original arrangement were in the one that was received. Definitely not worth the +$80 I paid for. read more

Voytek is an amazing artist...his flower arrangements are the most beautiful flowers I've ever seen! Our wedding flower arrangements for our 2-2-13 wedding were masterpieces. I told him the colors I wanted and some of the flowers I liked and he ran with it and turned it into breathtaking arrangements. My bridal bouquet was also breathtaking...more beautiful than I could have imagined...I simply showed him an idea of what I liked and he turned it into a work of art (much more beautiful than the example I shared with him)! There is no other florist I would recommend...Voytek pours his heart and energy into every arrangement. You can certainly see the expertise that comes from years of working in the flower industry! read more

I placed an order a couple days in advance for a given pick-up time. I ordered a pre-arranged vase of flowers and a few hours later called in with added special requests. Could not get much fresher than that. Great Service! read more

I placed an order for a basket of roses on Saturday night before Mother's Day. The owner called Sunday morning and informed me that they had sold out of roses and he offered to replace the roses for Hydrangea's which seemed reasonable enough.... until he informed me that it would cost the same as the roses because as he put it, "you placed the order way too late! So it's your fault." While it is true I did place the order late, don't charge me for a steak and then offer me a cheeseburger for the same price. So, the gentleman unceremoniously cancelled my order on Mother's Day leaving me without a gift. Very well, sir. Enjoy your review and your smug attitude. You have earned it. read more
