I was looking for a florist that was open on Sunday and willing to do flowers for my daughters wedding in February at the Bilmar Hotel and Resort. We're from Ohio and not knowing anyone or anything about the area, we put our trust in this man and his business all from a list of florist on the internet! What a wonderful surprise he turned out to be! I cannot begin to say what an absolute wonderful experience we had with this business. I worked with the owner through pictures of what I wanted and from that the flowers were amazing! Also, the cost was very fair to say the least! He personally delivered my daughters flowers to the bridal suite and then set up everything for the wedding.. The owner will not stand behind them, will not give a refund nor replace them, since I did not call him within the 2 day timeframe. I called on the 4th day to complain and he would not stand behind his product. He was rude, argumentative and had an attitude. It is obvious that he does not care about his customers and lacks any form of customer Service. I will never use this florist ever again and would not recommend this business to anyone. read more

This was my fourth and probably final order with this florist. Every time I order a Teleflora bouquet online, he calls me with one reason or another why it cannot be made. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day a week in advance. I understand this is a busy time and some substitutions may need to be made, but my grandmother received completely different flowers from what I ordered. She is fairly particular about flowers, so I spent a long time picking out a bouquet I knew she would like. I received a call from Voytek one day prior to delivery notifying me that my grandmother's vase had been out of stock for weeks. I said it was fine, he could substitute the vase. At no point did he mention that her entire bouquet would be redesigned. Look at the picture attached to this review for a comparison. I have ordered flowers from this florist at non-peak times, and he still did not match what I ordered online. The flowers he uses are interesting, and perhaps this florist would be better suited for exclusively custom arrangements. As it stands, I cannot trust him to send flowers that my recipient will enjoy, so I will have to look elsewhere. He seems very nice and passionate, but clarity and consistency are also very important. read more

Voytek's shop should be the blueprint for any business, no matter what type, that wants to be successful, well-known, and respected. I called the shop with specific flowers in mind to send to a friend who was staying at a local hotel for 5 days. I wanted the arrangement to include iris's, euclyptus, sea grass, and white gerber daisies. Because Voytek's flowers are fresh, his selection was dependant upon what he received that day. Long story short...the arrangement he created was stunning. And my friend swears it was the most beautiful arrangement she's ever seen. We replaced iris's with purple snapdragons (the iris's were not not ready to bloom within the time needed) and euclyptus with seeded euclyptus. In addition to the white gerber daisies -- which he hunted down by calling his distributor -- we added white hydrangeas and white peonies. The end result was more than I had envisioned. This is what made Voytek stand out from any other shop I've ever dealt with, anywhere, hands down: ** I was very specific...he was VERY patient. ** He called ME back 3 times as we tried to figure out different options to replace the iris's. ** When I waivered about suggestions he made, he texted me pictures to ease my skeptic mind..."what do you think of these orchids...how about beautiful pink roses?" ** He texted me pictures for green fillers. ** He spent, in total, about a half hour with me on the phone perfecting my vision of the arrangement. ** He was sincere and genuine. ** He was just as excited as I was about my friend's reaction when she entered her hotel room only to see this stunning creation. And I think what was most impressive to me was the excitement and passion he exuded through the entire process of creating a moment for my friend and myself that would stay with us long after the flowers were gone. One last comment...when the arrangement began to droop in the morning, my friend called to see if she was doing something wrong. Too much heat in the room? Too cold in the room? What should she do? After returning from breakfast, she opened her door to an exact replica of the arrangement...delivered within hours of her phone call and without her asking or even wanting a replacement. I told him the recipient did not like the greens included in most floral arrangements. When it arrived the arrangement was spectacular! The stargazer lilies were wonderfully layered, with open ones at the base of the arrangement cleaned of pollen and unopened lilies above. This gave great longevity to the arrangement.
