I originally tried to order off the web site which was not working and I let the owner know this. The owner was lovely and took my order. My niece was thrilled with the arrangement showing up "same day order" on her birthday. She said, "The flowers are gorgeous" The owner texted me a photo of the arrangement and that the driver was doing the delivery. I highly recommend Petal Heaven!!! 5 out of 5 stars! She needed flowers to send to a friend due to the death of a relative. I thought they would send a beautiful arrangement for $80 ($60 flowers and $15 delivery + tax). She was not happy with what arrived and well to say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I guess using a local or little guy is no longer the way to go. I know I am not a high volume customer for them but I am a high volume internet person. I doubt they will even respond to this. Did they get a new owner or manager or just don't care about their business anymore. I will no longer use this place or recommend it to anyone.
