I was HOPING it was just an alignment issue and I didn't break something. I called them up at around 11AM and asked if I can bring my car in to do an alignment within 30 minutes. They said sure. I did, and sure enough, they made space for my car immediately. They were busy, but somehow got me into the bay right away for a diagnosis. No BS, no trying to sell me, they didn't find anything broken, and Arnold, a brilliant mechanic, commenced with the wheel alignment. Sure enough, my front left wheel was WAY off. He fixed it immediately, and even got me in for an oil change. My man. Affordable alignment, wonderful communication, clean shop. I could not have been happier with the service and they got my Merc back on the road in tip top shape.

Where do l begin. I am an original owner of a 2004 Nissan 350Z and have lived in NYC for 6 years. I…read morehave maintained this car since day one and have not had to pay for a serious overhaul of work until recently. I heard creaking from my rear which l knew meant suspension system needed some changes. When l would start my car in the morning l would hear squeaking and l began to wonder if my timing chain was going ary. I used to take my car to Dorgler Auto Repair and the Sunoco on Queens Blvd. Dorgler was the first to tell me don't worry about the creaking (end of our relationship) I went in to Sunoco and requested a quote for work, never got a call back as promised (end of our relationship) I began googling for a reputable place in my neighborhood and Fast Fix reviews seemed genuine so l said l will give them a try. I drove in Monday and just like l read they were busy, however, Louie came out and I shared.my concerns. Without hesitation he said it's not your timing chain it's your belts. He put some goop on it to stop the sound temporarily and told me when l could bring the car back and when he would have the work finished. I brought the car back to Louie and his team Thursday, my car was delivered to me Saturday as promised and along the way Louie sent me pics and videos of the work. To top it all off he walked me around the car when l got there, showed me all the damaged parts he had to replace. The stellar service did not end there. Before handing me my keys, my car was driven to ensure the work was to there standards and once that test drive was completed the mechanic said no we need to make some adjustments. Put the car back on the lift and did what was right. Dropped the car and drove it again! I found my permanent, honest, and reputable mechanic and will recommend Fast Fix with the highest regards.

Disappointing Experience After Years of Loyalty I've been a…read moreloyal customer of Keith's since his days working out of his backyard and continued to support him after he opened his shop. Unfortunately, my recent experience has made me question Keith's commitment to his clients. I brought my car in for brake pads, and Keith texted me saying that the wheel lug locks key was broken and that I would need to take my car elsewhere to have the wheel locks removed. When I picked up my car keys, I noticed that two of the wheel locks were broken and two were still intact. After getting the intact wheel locks removed at a tire shop, the tire shop said we cannot fix someone else's mistake. I reached out to Keith and informed him that the wheel locks were broken, NOT the wheel lock key. However, Keith insisted that he had given me the key and said the wheel locks are broken, which was false, as I found it in the vehicle after I got off the intact wheel locks. Rather than taking responsibility for the mistake, Keith claimed that whoever previously worked on the car had over-tightened the wheel locks. He also stated that his shop did not have the tools to fix the issue, offering no solution. When I asked why he continued after breaking one wheel lock, his response was that they would replace three of the pads and leave the one until I fixed it. I ended up paying $140 to remove the remaining two broken wheel locks. Additionally I paid Keith $180 for the brake pads, even though the issue was not properly addressed, and the customer service was lacking. It's disheartening to have such a poor experience after being a loyal customer for so long. Keith's business would benefit greatly from improving its customer service and taking responsibility when things go wrong.
