Don't let the masked animals hanging around (all taxidermied) scare you they are all well trained!!! After filling out my paper work I was brought back to the exam room. Steele and his assistant Denise they were the best team ever they worked together so well that I had to ask how long they were a team and surprisingly not long at all. They were truly caring ,kind a gentle. DR Steele made sure he explained everything step by step to make me comfortable.. Denise made sure I was comfortable the entire visit. I get a letter today 7/19 saying they will no longer see me which I already told them I'd never be back. They did not date the letter but the envelope was dated 7/17. They sent this out after I already told them I wouldnt be back. The office lady Linda is rude, unprofessional and apparently petty for sending me a letter knowing I'd never be back. I can see why all the nice dentists who worked there quit. You get a different dentist every visit. The office lady (Linda) is one of the most immature, unprofessional people l've ever encountered. This was a good place a couple years ago but not anymore. Buyer beware if you go here. As a side note I started going to this office in 2008. Always paid my bills and never had any problems.

I had an old filling pop out and hoped it wouldn't become a problem(yeah, like that EVER happens) and of course it had to flare up on Friday as we were getting ready to enjoy the weekend. They managed me in by 10AM and I had the pleasure of meeting the next generation of their practitioners, Dr. Troxler. Turns out he used a restricted amount of anesthetic because he didn't want me to have to eat my lunch with a mouth that was still numb. My concern about that was unfounded. In retrospect, I'd bet he could have done it with NO anesthetic - he was that GOOD! I am a self admitted psychotic when it comes to dentistry, but that seals the deal for me.
