Thanks Mario, see you on the other side. We love this place Our baby needed a wash and here we are and the plus to all this is our almost 3 year olds face priceless !!! read more

5 star wash for sure! First time here and I purchased there full service, I have a Dodge Durango and they made it look brand new again! Super impressed! Took about 30 min (not bad). The employees are super nice and helpful right when you come in, no pressure from them to get the best she simply just informed me and I love that! And they even offer you complimentary water well you wait! Best wash I've been too here in moval. read more

This place is a joke. I asked the attendant how much is it to use the vacuus he said $7.00 i said just to vacuum he asked did you wash your car i said i dont need a wash he said go somewhere else to vaccume. I told him i will pay to vaccum. read more

I went and had my SUV washed and detailed today it we great fast. And the girl that detailed my car was polite, and wiped down my car. She did a great job I was very pleased will go again for 18 dollars + tip I was satisfied read more

Terrible customer service. I cancelled service and they still charged me a full month. I called and left a message and no one ever responded to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I wouldn't come here again, the vacuums are horrible have very little suction and the prices are expensive for what you get. The reason it has 2 stars is because an attendant comes and cleans your tires and they're very polite. read more

What a great wash! Very fast and the service was top notch. I recommend this establishment. You will not be disappointed!

Second time using this establishment.. love it!! Good exercise too and u get your car done in a jiffy not having to wait at regular car wash places where u have to wait for your car to get done. Will definitely make this my go to place for my car. read more

I usually go to Washbank Express on Alessandro. Tried this place today and it didn't compare. The vacuum's were weaker, the wash itself was fine except for 11 bucks here doesn't get you air freshener and wipes. It's also much smaller so I didn't have room to open my car door all the way and I had to share the vacuum hose with the guy next to me. read more

Initially had a problem, but the owner handled the issue instantly and we are now happy customers. Thank you!

This car wash is way more than you'll expect from any regular car wash, the MONSTER wash keeps your car nice and clean, the vacuums are brand new and the power is phenomenal. But the best about this car wash is the customer service,. Never have I been let down by the staff here at iwash , Elaina is one the nicest people and Desirae (who did my Full service last time I came in did an explicit job). So i left happy and they left with a good tipEveryone here treats me with respect not just another customer. I will continue to come here to iwash and show my support for local business. Keep it up! read more

4 STARS If I didn't have to ask, every time I'm there to get my tires dressed. I've been going there for about a year now, and I always get the same wash. "Monster Wash" With that service you get your tires dressed. I would say that a good 95% of the time, I have to send one of my kids or my self you get the attention of the workers, so they can come and do my tires. I'm usually in a bid of a hurry and don't have time to be waiting on them. I just see them on their Phone's not wanting to pay attention to their work. And I'm NOT Talking about the girls who work there, I'm talking about the male attendants. You can see they don't want too be there. Specially when you first arrive, and they're spraying my vehicle with something, I'm thinking it's some kind of soap. The guys just stand there and force them selfs to spray, doing only one side of my vehicle, while the girls make it a point to spray both sides. I'm canceling my Monthly membership, and going to look elsewhere for my car wash needs. Other than that, it's a pretty nice place to get an fast wash, and close to home. read more

Wow great job 30 bucks for every thing and looks brand new recommend 100% except for the guy that has to play his radio so every one has to hear it read more

We paid $25 (approximately) and left a $5 tip for what was supposed to be a full-service wash. By theory and definition, a full-service wash is an all-inclusive (complete outside and interior). Rather, we received a wash one would say had been done by a teenager. My eight year old nephew could have done a far better job. Do yourself and your vehicle a favour and spend your money wisely elsewhere. read more

I just got off the phone with the manager, and he told me he wouldn't fix my car (big surprise). He told me on the phone that he saw my previous review on Yelp and said that I was wrong for writing it, and said that I shouldn't have "bashed his business". He said it was weird that I made this Yelp account just to write a bad review on him. I don't usually ever write reviews, which is why this is my only one on my account. I didn't even want to make an account, but it was required to write a review. read more

iWash Express - The car wash ripped my antenna off - Car Wash Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

See all

Amazing service and friendly people. My car looks new after the wash! It was that good. I'm coming back here again for sure!

I have been coming to this place for awhile and everytime is a great time!! The prices are great and customer service is on point! Plus my daughter loves driving through it all!! read more

The minute the machine turned on, the fiber cloth roller wrapped around the antenna yanking it off and SHATTERING our back windshield. The staff seemed unapologetic and when trying to speak with the manager no help was found. It was terrible service and we at least expected a sincere apology and a refund which we did not get. Won't be here again. read more

I have been to several car washes and this ones by car the best one I've been to. The customer service is great and the workers always have great attitude and not to mention the wash itself is awesome. Very well recommended! read more

Best wash around! They always give me X5 super clean. They actually pay attention to details. Service is exceptional!

Cleans the car good, but after I took a look around my car I saw that my license plate in the back was slightly bent backwards, I wasn't too happy about that, only thing that stopped it from being a 4/5 star wash read more

Went through the wash and waited almost 30 mins to vacuum my car, sign posted clearly states for vacuuming only please limit to 5 minutes, workers should be enforcing this rule, when I told the worker she just stared at me with a blank face, won't go here again read more

this boy andrew gave me great customer service , great attitude and a lovely person overall .. to top it all off he was very attractivee

Super dope wash! I got the full service for my BMW 5 series.. It was pretty dirty since I went to the beach and had sand in the car but these guys did a great job and pretty quick. I spent no more than 20 min there and I got air scent and tire dressing and a awesome smelling interior dash armorall :) I lt's a nice and safe place, staff is friendly and I'll be back for sure, this is my new spot. Also they have a tire shop and smog shop in the center so if you need those services it's a one stop shop. read more

Best car wash in town! Ive been coming here for a few months now and every time I've been coming I receive excellent service from all the employees, especially Elaina. I always leave with my car shiny and clean in a short amount of time! read more

Still the best car wash out here in Moval. Went to 2 others neither compared to this one. Just got the Monster Wash, which I feel is the most bang for your buck , and Elaina always hooks it up with the tire dressing. Got my tires lookin' extra shiny ! read more

iWash Express - Just got a monster wash! Elaina always hooks it with the tire dressing Highly recommend this place - Car Wash Near Me - Moreno Valley, California

I have to say i really enjoyed this place. I am a stickler when it comes to my Lexus. This place is quick and they do a great job. The prices are really good too and come with a lot of options. They just remodeled the car wash and is not like the cheap gas-station washes at all. Definitely the best car wash in the area. read more

I like them so much I got a monthly plan!!!! VERY GOOD

Be careful. My new Sonata was scratched all along the passenger side and dented past the rear door. I immediately filed a report, which I had to continuously follow up because I had yet to receive an email (their method of communication), and their resolution was a free car wash. How ridiculous does that sound?! You just messed up my car and you want me to run it through your malfunctioning machine?! Not recommended. Report still in hand. read more

This place is a great! And it always leaves my car looking good as new! It's very cheap and affordable and the full service leaves your car looking spotless! The staff are great and Would definitely recommend to anyone! read more

Worst car wash ever. Car was still dirty they would not run the car again what a joke. Soap still on the car. No adults around to talk to. The kid I talked to wanted to use windex on my paint and a towel to get the dirt off. Are you stupid or what yes grind the dirt into my paint. What a joke. read more

Bought a new car for my wife. Tried the monthly membership and very happy. I have a new car, for me this time, but they close to early. I would suggest staying open til 7:00. Then I would consider the monthly plan for my car. Also, noticed that on weekends they rarely do the tire treatment unless we ask for it. Its part of the monthly membership. read more

Excellent service! The staff is friendly and they have great prices - you really get every bang for your buck. I will definitely return for future washes. read more

I love this car wash. it is fast and much better than other similarly priced car washes. The only thing that keeps me from giving them 5 stars is their recent price increase. I purchased the monthly unlimited car wash and it is a great deal. I went back to add two more of my cars to the deal and discovered that they had just raised the monthly price by 50%. Wee bit excessive. read more

This car wash is a joke. I paid $10 for a wash just so they can break off my antenna. Before my truck went into wash, my antenna had to be removed (I've never had to remove it at any other car wash). I have a stationary antenna which can't be removed. The worker tried to removed it. He kept trying till he broke it. The owner refused to pay for the damage per their caution sign. It states that they are not responsible for non operating power antennas, or loose molding powered antennas. Spoke with the owner and he said he was not responsible, that he won't fix it, and I was yelled at and cussed at the entire time. He wouldn't even reimburse me for my car wash fee. So don't bother going to this so call high tech car wash if you want to risk having your vehicle damaged. read more

I usually come here for a good, quick wash once a week. Its fast, reliable, and doesn't cost an arm and a leg. Definitely recommended if you hate driving a dirty car like I do. read more

Wish I could give zero stars.... paid $17 for one step down from the best package cuz I didn't need the interior done. What. A. Nightmare. I had to send my truck through the wash TWICE and it still had dirt and grime all over it!!! When I asked for a refund the manager told me "they don't do refunds but could offer me a $17 giftcard" and offered to "wipe off" the rest of the dirt and nastieness with a cloth. She did that for about 2 minutes- then I spent the next 30 minutes finishing it myself IN A DRESS- and not one single employee offered to help me. Now I like a clean car as much as the next person but I'm by no means a neat freak about it... this whole experience just pissed me right off!! read more

I'm quiet baffled after reading such bad reviews. I've been a regular customer here at Iwash express for about 6 months and I tell you I love it! One of the best car washes here in Moreno Valley! Me and my husband don't go anywhere else. The staff is so friendly and they always make sure I am taken care of. Just recently I had stopped by on my day off and I usually get the super wash but I finally decided to try out the full service wash and I was not disappointed! Fransico and Desiree took excellent care of me:) I had my car vacuumed and armoralled with a cherry scent!! Recommend 100% read more
