Sweet range of colors to choose from. I like that there were mood changing colors as well as new ones like the cat eye effect ones. So pretty! My nails were in dire need of a manicure and I came out with a well done, clean blue gel mani with cat eye accent nails all for $30! I can't stop staring at my fingers. This is one of the best manis I have gotten all year since moving to Pennsylvania. I'm sad I just found it on my last day in the area. The salon is super spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There is also a pretty cozy waiting area with cushion couches to sit in case it gets too busy or if you bring your man with you to get your nails done like I did. Parking is really easy too as it's in the lot. Would recommend? If you're in the area, pay them a visit! (: read more

They worked us in quickly. The prices were posted clearly and they did a great job. My nails were really nice.

Just had a Pedicure and Gel Manicure by Monique .... fantastic work and Fabulous Massage on feet/legs and hands. Great Price Too. Ivy is now my "go to" nail salon. read more

I wish I had something more positive to say. But after 5 times trying it. You'd think I'd learn by now. Today the nails turned out somewhat decent but they aren't what I asked for. As usual they overbooked themselves even though I called this morning for an appointment. Rushed as always, a $50 pedicure took 10 minutes. And not even the color that was asked. Turned to nails I asked for short and round. When the man shaped them as square as he could, eye-rolled me when I said I asked for round. This is an occurrence every time. I'm so unsatisfied and the prices are insane. I'll not ever be going back. read more

Hannah was great! I let her lean into her professional creativity and she rocked it! Great conversation and care. Even told me what to ask for back at my Colorado salon. read more

Went here based on a recommendation from a family friend, as they stated they went there and liked it. Honestly, super displeased with the service and overall experience. My aunt and I both came in for a gel pedicure, both of us left unhappy for virtually the same reasons. My big toe was nicked by the nail tech during the service, which she acknowledged she nicked me because she asked if it was burning, to which I told her yes it was. So, after that she just avoided that area until the service was over. Honestly, it was just a rough and rushed service. She was working on 3 people at one time! Thankfully she changed gloves and used sterile tools on each of us, but it was still insane. She filed down my toenails pretty short without asking me if I wanted them cut/filed, and somehow managed to make them jagged. They keep getting caught on my pants, blankets, you name it. During the time she was filing, she would constantly hit other toenails and it hurt! I didn't want to say anything since she seemed short staffed, since she told us there was supposed to be someone else there with her but they went home sick. I wish I'd have waited to go back to my normal place because they just feel awful. Thankfully they grow back fast, but still besides the point. There's also toes missing polish in spots, and there is gel on the sides/underneath of my toes?? I don't even understand how that happened. Overall, would not recommend this place to anyone! First and last time I'll be going here. read more

I spent maybe a whole day exploring yelp reviews for the best salon in my area. This salon had one minor bad review that I saw but the art work on other peoples nails drew me in so I called for an appointment. My lady was the sweetest and kindest woman that has ever done my nails. She told me about her life and she asked about mine she recommended doing my nails a certain way and I let her have control. She is definitely doing what she loves. read more

I came here for a fill because it was close to work. They sat me as soon as I walked in. Lee did a fantastic job on my nails. Prices are great too. I just wish they had more gel colors to choose from. They do have a bigger selection of nude colors than the other place I go does. I will continue to come here. Highly reccomend. read more

Hannah used to be my go-to for nails. Lately, she's rude and half-asses my nails. For what they charge, I expect high quality service. And, I can't ever get an appointment. So sad. read more

Terrible. I hate to leave negative reviews but when you have to go back twice in the same day to have a gel manicure fixed and it's still not good the second time around it's quite upsetting. It was the same lady because apparently she was the only one working that day. She filed all my nails almost completely down after I said I did not want them cut down and to keep the length. She nicked three of my fingers when buffing them. Several nails had little bumps on them after she applied the polish and she tried saying it was my nail bed when clearly it wasn't. It was because she didn't take her time and didn't make sure my nails were smooth or fully clean before applying the polish. The top clear coat did not fully cover on certain nails and again she tried saying it was my nails. She also didn't clean around my cuticles well after applying the polish. I've had my nails done hundreds of times over the years and never have had this much of an issue at a place. Maybe the other technicians are better but I certainly will not return here. read more

Ivy Nail & Spa - Ring finger and pink nicked - Nail Salons Near Me - Hermitage, Pennsylvania

I went to this salon to get a fill. Hannah was my nail tech. She removed my polish and started filing my nails very aggressively. She found a little spot on one nail and had to put a drop of anti-fungal medicine on it and said she was going to charge me 55.00 for my fills. I asked why it went up 20.00 and she said she just had to fix my nail. Meaning the drop of med. I told her that was ridiculous. She said my nails were too wide she would have to fix them all they were bad bad bad. Then she said she wasn't going to do them at all. It was a horrible experience to put it nicely. I have been going to the same nail tech for 15 yrs and she does a great job. I am here on vacay and had to get someone for fills. Hannah is very rude and unprofessional. I will never go here again and will be sure to spread the word of her behavior. read more

Wow where do I begin... this is the worst salon I have ever been to. First off I got my eyebrows done a few weeks ago she did okay. I came in two weeks later to get them done and the same girl did them her name is Hannah and she took so much hair off that I have had to color my eyebrows in till they grow back and they are not even it is so bad. I haven't had any of the other techs because she has always been there alone. Today I came in with my mom to get are nails done and had again Hannah she was so rude and disrespectful. I left before I even got my nails done. I will never be returning to this salon. They are only getting one star cause I have to give it it would be 0 if I had a choice read more

Highly upset that I didn't get my toes done here. I only had time for my nails and I absolutely love them. !! I just went to a salon to get my toes done and it made me appreciate I this salon even more! Ivy was nice and I love the way she did my acrylic. The gel was put on my whole nail and put on evenly!! Ivy is great at what she does. Drove down there last week from Pittsburgh and plan to once a month to get my nails done by her! Well worth it read more

I couldn't be happier about my nails. This is now my go to place. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. You could imagine my excitement when they said they could do chrome. Will most definitely be back! read more

I got a mani which cost $15, my tip was $5 (33%) for a total of $20, but when I checked my credit card bill later, I saw that the total charged was $30, so they must have increased my tip to $15 which is 100%. That is just FRAUD!. Fortunately I was able to dispute the charge on my credit card. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD CHARGES IF YOU GO THERE. read more
