They were great! Had an appointment and didn't have to wait at all. Very clean. Pedicure was great…read more Would recommend.

Worst manicure and pedicure ever!!! I was in town from North Carolina and wanted to have my nails…read moredone before I got on the road to go home. I have a long natural nails that I wear in gel nail polish on. The actual manicure and pedicure were terrible. She was done with my feet so quick I had to look down to see what was going on. She just brushed over them and when I asked her to go back and be more detailed she acted like she didn't know what was talking about and said she couldn't get any more detailed with the clippers so she would need to use a file on the skin, which made no sense. For the manicure, I bite the skin on my fingers, not my nails. I wanted her to do a manicure so that I wouldn't be biting at my fingers on my drive home. Terrible manicure. My fingers are still rough around the cuticles and the edges and when I asked her to get some of the excess skin off she said she couldn't get any closer because I would bleed and get an infection. I told her I've never gotten an infection and that the people who usually do my nails, even people when I've traveled, which I do for work, I have done wonderful manicures and smoothed the skin out so that it keeps me from picking at my fingers. She told me if I wanted it any closer I would have to do it myself. What??? I'm not paying $60 so that I have to go behind you and clean up your work. And she kept repeating that she is not allowed to do it any closer. Saying they don't allow us to get any closer. I was looking around, like who is they??? Just asking for her to do better irritated her. Just a little class establishment all around. I asked for the controller for the broke down massage chair I was sitting in and she looked at me like I was crazy. She was reluctant to hand it to me saying that it's hard to operate. I told her I was used to operating the massage chair, and then she said, "well I'm almost done anyway". And I had to keep my fingers under the UV light for three minutes in between each coat of polish. Who does that? The polish job was lacking as well. There were two people working in the store and the man who was doing my polish (because they switched up mid manicure) went from individual to individual and did not wash his hands at all. He just went to the other people and polished their fingernails and put them under dryers. And I swear I got up from the pedicure chair and an elderly woman who was brought in by her daughter was sitting in the chair I had just gotten up from and the Pedicure bowls being filled. Putting her feet in the tub where I hadn't seen anyone do any thorough cleaning. Just EWWW! If I had gone in there and seen this behavior in action prior to getting anything done, I would've left. Unfortunately there was only one other person in there getting her nails done when I came in. I'm already picking at my nails and trying to get rid of some of this rough skin. And they don't seem to like walk ins even when NO ONE else is in there!!! They don't seem to be very enthusiastic about their work in general. They seem tired, and like they don't care about the quality of what they do. Could've had a child do a better job. Just terrible.
