this place is the absolute worst. I made an appointment for three people at 3 PM for three pedicures. I triple confirmed they'd be able to handle all of us at the same time hours before.. we show up at 3:15 I realize there's three people working three people waiting that also had 3 PM appointment. When I talk to the main person, they let me know that they would be doing each of our pedicures one at a time. Who has four hours for three people to get a pedicure with an appointment..: this place is trash. The guy also accused me of stealing polish on my way out the door, which was sitting on the table from where we did not recover our services. Do not give them business and if you make an appointment no it means nothing. read more

Amazing! They're clean, friendly staff, and always do great with pedicures. My first choice always.

If I could give 1 star I would!!! the lady didn't even clip my toes , flied it for maybe 1 second on some toes and didn't even paint my whole toe nails. I PAID 60$ WHEN IT SAYS ON THE THE BOARD 30$! i dont recommend this place to anybody read more

I went in to get my nails filled and cut down. mind you, I have long natural nails and I get an overlay. I came out with my white gel nails bumpy Nails were uneven. And she didn't even clean up the white polish on my cuticles that she did not even service. I used to LOVE this place. But it has really changed for the worse. I will not be returning ever again. She rushed on my nails and I'm not satisfied at all. Business owners should do better!!! read more

Went in for a pedicure with an appointment for me and my sister at the same time. Instead, they made her wait in the chair next to me until mine was finished. The steel tools did not come out of a sealed bag, but the files and pumice did. They did use a bowl liner. Our pedicures took less than 30 minutes from start to finish. They do look good though. The communication was minimal- just a few single word directions or questions. read more

I had my nails done at this place cost me a lot of money the design they painted didn't take I complained the next day about it again and that the guy cut Y skin in a couple places by my nails it's only been couple days and my nails chipped design looks like crap and they do nothing about it... I will never go back there again they don't know what they are doing. read more

HORRIBLE !! The owner and wife !! Went to get pedicure and full set !!! not only do they have a big issue with the langauge barrier but they are aggressive ! My pedicure was horrible ! She didn't clean under the nails ! Polish was HORRIBLE ! You can see every stroke !!! Full set smh smh she filed so hard she cut me 3 times ... and doesn't hold your nail from going every fucking direction !!! her acrylic lay was so messy all around my finger !!! I have acrylic under the nail! That she didn't attend too!! She started to polish and it was every WHERE!! You would think she would clean it before curing !!! But she didn't she cured it and attempted to clean up with the fucking nail drill !! FAIL !! She said "all done " I said wait I don't like this polish !! It was al around my cuticles and fingers !!! She said pick another color !!! I said no it isn't the color it all around there... her husband says something on her language and this dumbass starts taking it allll off !! I'll give the one star to the young gentleman that did my pedicure who was sweet and amazing! But for the woman who did my nails I have a full time job so I don't get this done all the time. When I do it's a treat. This was not really, I'm one of those people that smiles and leaves and drives home disappointed. The manicurist was mean and rough and didn't even color into the lines so to speak. I don't recommend a manicure from this location. read more

This is always my first choice for a pedicure. They are clean and staff are friendly. My pedicures always last for well over a month and if there's a problem, they fix it. Services are good for the value. I've never had an injury from a service here. read more

Lots of choices at reasonable cost. Techs are nice, my nails look fabulous. Only once did I mess up a nail, which was promptly and courteously taken care of even though it was my fault. Results last, no breaking off or chipping. Music, TV, ice cold water while waiting. read more

Literally the fastest pedicure I've ever had and to me that's not a good thing. I made an appointment for a reason. I don't like to feel rushed and I do these things as a treat for myself so I can relax and I felt anything but. Some people may like a quick in and out pedi but for me not so much. read more

so i use to go to this shop nail design hermitage to get my nails done and every time i went inside i even made an appointment they always had me wait, what's the sense of making an appointment if you have to wait i can see waiting 5 to 10 minutes cool but waiting longer then that what's the point of the appointment, we'll anyway to get to the point of i still go and support them and get my eyebrows done because i honestly can say i like the way tonys wife does my eyebrows well every time i go in there now it's always some excuse why they can't do my eyebrows i mean is it because i don't get my nails done there or what please tell me because i tip very well always more then what i should but i think they pick and choose whose eyebrows and also nails they want to do and thats bad business, i walked in there today to get my eyebrows done and they told me that i couldnt to come back wednesday so i said ok well my client called and asked if she could get her eyebrows done and she told her to come inside and she would just have to wait now what is the problem please tell me? so i feel like thats very bad business on there behalf they feel like they get so much business that they do not need certain peoples business pretty sad thats horrible but i guess its time to take myself some place else...... read more

IF YOU WANT TO PAY 30 BUCKS FOR NAILS, AND EYE BROWS DONE THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. EXCEPPPPPTT , Tony's wife completely rushed today. The acrylic underneath my nail was completely touching my finger , I asked her to fix it, and I get a "no go wash hand." She had to paint my nails 4 times to fix it, don't you do this for a living? I got nothing but attitude the whole time. When she said the total was 30 I gave her 40, and asked for 8 back. She then proceeded to give me a 5 dollar bill, totally ignoring me, and tipped herself out of MY money. She didn't even deserve the 2 dollar tip. Then she takes me back to wax my eye brows, and makes the gap lopsided and in too much on one side. I go to dry my nails they're completely bubbling I ask her to fix them, I get attitude. Finally happy with my nails I leave. Look in the mirror when I get into the car, my eye brows were so uneven I went back in, and asked a girl who Tony was doing her nails how they looked, she said nothing, then I said yes you see it then she nodded. I told her I wanted them fixed then they start talking about me in Chinese. I know Chinese, it's not nice to mother f*** people in a different language. She takes me back to fix them, and goes "okay you done." I stand up look in the mirror they're completely the same as they were before. I flipped out and said I'll just fix them myself. I am not happy with the result. I traveled out of state just to come here to get my nails done because I never have a problem. I will NEVER go back there again. I am very disappointed!!!
