Upon walking in, the place felt so clean, bright, spacious, comfortable, and also smelled good! It's a spa built inside a boutique and there were some really cute clothing on sale. The ladies up front were super sweet and checked us in with no problem! I was a bit nervous as I cannot remember the last time I ever had a facial but I'm so happy that I came across Chrissy! Chrissy is so sweet, professional, knowledgeable, and despite having only 45 minutes with her, she did not rush me at all. I don't know what kind of magic she did on my face but my face feels so much cleaner and brighter. I love how she massages your temples and shoulders too! I felt so at ease with her and the room was very calming, tranquil, and very Zen. I loved the relaxing music and I found myself trying not to fall asleep because it was so peaceful. For 45 minutes, Chrissy did so much!! She cleanse my face, added a pineapple type of mask (my favorite), added some hyaluronic mist, did exfoliation, provided with hot towels, and also a warm, misting fan to enhance the experience. She also does extractions but I didn't have any to extract (lucky me!). I enjoyed our conversations and time with her! I literally can't stop touching my skin! My husband is having his massage done by Maddison. I have no doubts that he would love the experience! I'll update once I hear from him. As well as the continued consistently positive experiences I have every time I come in for a treatment!! The space itself is very clean and has a calming energy, everyone who works there is extremely nice and happy to answer any questions you may have! When I went in for my consultation I really connected with the manager, Olivia (I'm not sure if she's there anymore but she was super kind and answered my extensive list of questions). The consultation was super chill, we went over pricing, treatment plans, etc. I wasn't ready to make a decision that day so we planned for a follow up phone call the next week. I really appreciated that they weren't pressuring me into making a decision! I think my consult may have been on the chiller side in part because I had received laser hair removal a decade ago in a different city, so I did have some idea of what to expect. Anyway! I was already pretty convinced I wanted to go with Milan because of the lifetime guarantee (as someone who had laser done years ago and needed more treatments- you may be able to understand why that'd be appealing) and after the consult, seeing my payment options broken down, etc. I was convinced! I've now seen 3 different laser hair technicians and all have been incredibly kind and patient (obviously it's a very painful and uncomfortable thing, so it's really important you feel as comfortable as possible with the person zapping a laser at you), so am very appreciative of that! Also really communicative in explaining how the laser works, when changes are being made to the settings as my treatments progress etc., so I can understand what's going on as well, which I really appreciate! Milan laser is also really accommodating about scheduling issues, rescheduling, etc which is super nice! Overall I think Milan offers the best possible experience for laser hair removal treatment ! It is expensive but it's one payment and then you have access to treatment for life so it really is worth it, in my opinion.
