The guy that showed up wasn't very friendly and seemed rushed. He had to go back to the office and get parts which seemed to irritate him even more. Even though they charged me the labor for him driving back to the office for parts He should've brought in the first place. After replacing the zone valve, he said I was good and rushed out of here. After returning from work that night the heat still was not working. I ended up calling them back. It was a weekend and would've been charged extra for weekend hours. So I Asked if they could send somebody out during regular business hours. I didn't hear from them for three days so I called again. I was told that they were sending somebody out. They didn't show up so I called back again and he said he would send somebody the next day. Nobody showed up At the time they were supposed to be here so I called yet again. The same guy showed up frustrated and rushing. He bled the radiators in two rooms.They charged me almost $200 to have him come out and do something he should've done when he replaced the zone valve that cost me $500. I went to the office and explained what happened. The woman at the front desk told me they wouldn't have done that to me. Oh, but they did. I was also told that the manager was out of town and would call me when she got back. You guessed it I never got a call. I have phone records and proof that my heat was not working after he supposedly fixed it. They don't care About the people they serve they just want their money! So sad! Please save your Money don't call these guys!

    Its been over a month since I had berger and king install a furnace in my house. They were to…read moreinstall a furnace, two thermostats, install metal sleeve in the chimney. Its been over a month and they have not finished or contacted me as to when they would finish. I called numerous times for them to finish but they claim they are to busy. The pvc exhaust was not glued so the seams leak from the condensation, they did not seal any of the gaps in the duct work they put in (half inc gaps in places) and they only installed one thermostat. They also did not install the metal sleeve. They told me it would be done in one day.... 6 weeks and counting! I am not satisfied one bit. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!

    Beware... Jeff's Glass Gladstone.........Very unprofessional. My son is having new windows…read moreinstalled and wrapped.. It was suppose to take only a few days to do BUT when they come over and after 5 hours daily call it a day. Then when you call them,The BOSS bitches that it was only suppose to be a 2 to 3 day job tops ,,Like it not there fault ..YEAH right......Nothing is water sealed. The few windows that they TRIED to wrap . The measurements were all wrong and they tried to fix it with calk. They look horrible and given 50% of the total cost for everything . They call and want a payment and Was told that they will get the rest of the money after COMPLETION. That's how it is 50% upfront and the rest of the money after completion of job.. Now they call and say they won't come back and do Anything unless they get a payment. You can CLEARLY tell they are trying to screw this family over BIG Time. YOU call yourself professionals. The old windows looked better in then the so-called new windows that you guys installed and then try to doctor up because you've made so many mistakes and it looks horrible. With many phone calls back-and-forth to the boss every day all he keeps making is excuses ...ALL HE KEEPS saying is..IM GIVING YOU A HELL OF A DEAL.......LIKE IT IS WAY OF EXCUSING THE VERY POOR JOB THAT WAS DONE.....SO THEN DO THE JOB RIGHT....This company needs to be called out for what they really are... He has all email correspondence, text messages, phone calls and nobody in that company knows what they're doing not professional whatsoever so let's see what's next. Once the job is completed, they will get the remainder of the money owed, but the job has to be completed. Every window has GAPS...There's insulation sticking out of the windows there's gaps there's water leaking in for when they already wrapped some of them horrible, horrible job I do not recommend this company and by the looks of things, this is going to have to be taken a step further to be finished.

    This place and the people who work for them are simply miserable! After waiting a month and a half…read morewith a torn up kitchen, I called for status of installing the granite counter tops and the woman "manager" berated me and then hung up! Lowes just gave me a $4000+ refund and said they are trying to distance themselves from the Rock Shop! Lowes and Home Depot needs to get a quality installer to work with. You could see the seams from 30 feet away. I have experience with Ubatuba granite installation at previous residence and the seam was nearly indistinguishable. They returned to "fix it" and after they left, we cleaned the countertop. We could see an obvious dull spot along the entire seam where they damaged the granite polish. Within a couple of weeks their seam repair began falling out. Additionally, they did not align the front edges and scuffed the finish off the oven cabinet during initial install. Compared to our experience with Home Depot's Contracted Installers in Virginia also using Ubatuba granite, the quality of this install in Northern Michigan is HORRIBLE! After greater than10 calls to Lowe's Installation Customer Service and calls to the local Lowe's store Dept Manager, Lowe's finally got the Rock Shop to schedule an appointment on Nov 2, 2022. At this point, if they do not remove the granite and reinstall properly or replace it completely, I am demanding a refund from Lowes and going with another vendor completely. This is a classic, "we got your money and don't care what it looks like."
