They were there when they said they would be, their crew is personable and motivated, there was NO standing around talking, loud music playing, yelling to talk to each other, they were a joy to be around. They started at 8 am, exactly when they said they would, had a 4 man crew, 2 worked on the front and 2 on the back, and finished around 4 pm. Christopher made arrangements to come out and do an estimate the next day. He took pictures of everything and explained exactly what needed to be done. I approved the estimate (which was very reasonable) and he got started right away. Along the way, he found some additional significant damage, ( more pictures) which he fixed within the original estimated price. This is a very ethical company which does excellent work. I will definitely call A&E Professionals the next time I need something done. All in all, a very pleasant transaction!
