So, we asked for estimates from pest control companies. Dan, owner/operator of Wild Be Gone responded right away. He inspected our attic, found only signs of mice and a spot where they could go in and out of the main condo building to which our townhouse is attached. He also inspected the outside of our townhouse for entrance points of not only mice but of any larger animals. As a result, he put mice poison around our attic and plugged the entrance/exit space there. We've had no animal sounds from our attic since Dan worked up there a week ago, so I'd say that his work was a success! Dan was most pleasant to work with, and he gave us the photos he took in our attic and around our exterior where there could be future concerns for animal entry, and his fee was quite reasonable. We would definitely hire him again if we had problems with wild animals again.

I said yes. He said, "Well. they just signed a contract and we will be doing work on their home tomorrow". The longer we talked the more aggressive he became. I asked if he could give me his card and he said he didn't have one. So I said, I'll see you tomorrow when Spidexx does their work next door. He said something like, "OK, I'll leave without a contract." I then saw him walk across the street to one of my other neighbors. After he left, I went over and talked with that neighbor to see how it went. She said that the Spidexx representative told her that I had signed their contract!!!!!!!! An absolute total lie! Of course, it was no surprise when they didn't show up for my next door neighbor's "pest removal". So you can add another lie directly from the Spidexx company. So now I'm writing this review and If I could give them a negative 10 stars I would. The person representing Spidexx outright lied to me and my neighbor in hopes of scamming us into signing a contract for something we would never receive. So, if you see a guy standing outside your door wearing a Spidexx logo, tell him to leave and slam the door in his face.
