While I don't have deep wrinkles, I've noticed it really has helped to brighten my face and makes me look more awake and less tired. For my chin, we added some filler to elongate my face and make my face less round. I feel like it's a subtle change, but I've gotten so many compliments on how it just makes my face look more dainty. (Most people think I just lost weight in my face, but when I tell them I got chin filler, that's when they say how good it looks.) For laser hair removal, I was a bit apprehensive to get it since I have dark hairs and a lighter skin tone. I was afraid that I may get dark marks from the laser machine, as I had once experienced before. However, they listened to my concerns and reassured me that they would go on a low setting to prevent that. I didn't get any dark tracks afterwards, and I now only trust them to do the laser on my face. As far as professionalism goes, their staff is great at that. Dr. Jeng, Adrienne, and Sherry were great at listening to what I wanted at my initial consult and made me feel comfortable by addressing my concerns. For example, with the chin filler, I wasn't really sure how it would look and was a little curious if if would fit my face. They recommended to inject only half of my syringe first to see if I would be happy with the outcome. 2 weeks later, I came back to inject the rest and was happy they gave me that option. Every time I tried to speak or get clarification, it felt like nobody cared enough to actually hear me out. The way they treat people is disgusting. There is zero compassion, zero communication, and zero respect. Instead of helping patients feel supported, they make the entire process stressful and frustrating. If you value being treated with basic decency and respect, I would not recommend coming here at all. This was one of the worst medical experiences I've ever had. UPDATE: Thank you for your response. I want to clarify that my frustration came from being repeatedly interrupted during my call and not being allowed to fully explain my concerns, despite respectfully asking multiple times not to be cut off. My concern was that I was previously told my paperwork was complete and that my case was simply waiting on insurance approval. However, when I contacted my insurance company directly, I was informed that they had not received any authorization request from your office. When I called to ask for clarification about this discrepancy, my question was not directly addressed and the conversation was instead redirected toward my weight-loss progress. Because I was unable to receive a clear answer and was repeatedly interrupted, I chose to end the call. I respect that there are pre-operative requirements for patient safety, but patients also deserve clear, accurate, and respectful communication regarding their care.

Sometimes I couldn't hear the instructor. Another thing that I didn't like was that sometimes while exercising within the cabin, my foot would graze the inside of the cabin while doing a certain leg exercise so I felt like I wasn't getting the full leg extension as I would if I wasn't within the cabin. I still sweated, but maybe not as much. I still felt as if I was getting some cardio because some of the repetitions would be a little difficult. I took the intermediate class, and I definitely found that to be more challenging especially since I've taken Pilates multiple times before. I've done the ozone therapy once. I don't know how much good it did for me, but I was definitely relaxed during and after the treatment. The studio looks nice and clean. The restroom is cute and clean. Several large lockers to place your things into for free. They have a nutritionist if you want to try out their diet plan. A little expensive. Well worth it if you actually lose the weight within the designated weeks. This includes the use of the cabins if you purchase one of their plans. Very small parking area, but there's free street parking.
