I believe I was a bit dehydrated. In which, I became a little light headed. That was my doing‍Hence, I was drinking coffee at the same time. The Staff checked on me several times. I proceeded to the cool room and I'm not speaking of the Cryo, yet. I was greeted by Morgan, who provided my IV Therapy. Please, ALLOW me to say Morgan Rocks!!! I see why she's the Lead Nurse. They all may be Lead Nurses I'm not sure because everyone was AWESOME. This is my first visit and I was truly educated and informed about all services offered. I shared my needs that I wanted to focus on. The recommendation was spot on. I felt a tremendous difference right after the IV Therapy. Ok, so we moved on to the Cryo machine. I HATE being cold and Morgan does too. Well, I got in anyway! Honey Child!!! Honey Child!!!! What an experience. Your provided a robe, socks, slippers and gloves. They walked you through the steps and reminded you, at any point you can get it out before the 3 minutes is over. Well, I withstood for 1:49 seconds and that was TOTALLY enough for me Then onto the red light therapy. If your not sure what that is or the benefits of it, you may want to research that for yourself. Monday hits after a poor nights sleep. I wake up wet with sweat and freezing. Yep I'm sick, feel like I got hit by a bus. Just want to climb back in bed but know it won't do me any good without chugging chemical nightmare causing green night quill or a handful of ibuprofen. Once again doing no good just prolong my sickness and fry my kidneys. I suck it up and drink a bunch of water, get dressed and go here. Start with a hocaat secession and end with an iv. Feel slightly better as my fever broke but not 100% me yet. Kept drinking water and staying hydrated as they told me I should as I walked out the door. Right home back to bed. Next day I feel like I can run a marathon! So glad I went here over the old ritual of over the counter crap wondering if it will actually work this time or just make me worse till I need antibiotics from a trip to my usual scrip or surgery writing see me a whole 45 seconds after a 2 hour wait doctor. Yes that old method is done! This is my go to place for not only when feeling like crap, but now my preventative measure place! They even have a protocol for a pre vacation or night out of bad eating and drinking that can make life a lot more enjoyable with more energy and less payback later. No one seemed to know what was going on. I had a phone appt with the doctor, wherein I had to call 15 min passed the appt time to make sure they had the correct phone number and I wasn't missing the appt somehow. With some fumbling, I was told the doctor would call me back, which she did a few minutes later. Nothing about the conversation with the doctor gave me any semblance of confidence in the program. After some consideration, I decided to ask for a refund as I had not received any services or products (which I paid for in full up front). I spent over a week trying to simply get ahold of someone who could help with the refund. I was promised call backs that would never happen. Eventually I called the actual pharmacy that was to ship my order and had to cancel with them personally. The entire process was entirely unprofessional and extremely frustrating.   No amount of reasoning or apology will change my mind as this behavior was occurring BEFORE I asked for the refund. The level of poor communication and unprofessionalism was bordering on scam territory. I did eventually get my refund, albeit $150 short which, you guessed it, was never communicated to me. I wouldn't recommended this place to ANYone. There are plenty of other facilities to choose from, avoid this one with a 100 foot pole.
