My doctor that I was scheduled to go to went in to labor (I was unaware that she was pregnant), so the office called me and scheduled me for later on that day for Dr. Clouatre. In a nutshell, AVOID THIS CLINIC. Would give a zero if I could. I wanted to try their semaglutide…read moreprogram and the disorganization should have been my first clue that something was wrong. No one seemed to know what was going on. I had a phone appt with the doctor, wherein I had to call 15 min passed the appt time to make sure they had the correct phone number and I wasn't missing the appt somehow. With some fumbling, I was told the doctor would call me back, which she did a few minutes later. Nothing about the conversation with the doctor gave me any semblance of confidence in the program. After some consideration, I decided to ask for a refund as I had not received any services or products (which I paid for in full up front). I spent over a week trying to simply get ahold of someone who could help with the refund. I was promised call backs that would never happen. Eventually I called the actual pharmacy that was to ship my order and had to cancel with them personally. The entire process was entirely unprofessional and extremely frustrating.   No amount of reasoning or apology will change my mind as this behavior was occurring BEFORE I asked for the refund. The level of poor communication and unprofessionalism was bordering on scam territory. I did eventually get my refund, albeit $150 short which, you guessed it, was never communicated to me. I wouldn't recommended this place to ANYone. There are plenty of other facilities to choose from, avoid this one with a 100 foot pole.

ive been waiting a while to do this review honestly didnt have the time but this dentist…read moretraumatized me to the point im having panic attacks trying to make appointments elsewhere. Not only were they scary and pretty much yelled for me to put my hands up (i raised to let them know they were hurting me) and then when i said the drill felt too hot on my teeth she basically called me a liar and i quote her words "it doesnt hurt youve been numbed". didnt even take a break to let it cool just kept drilling. for somebody whos fearful of the dentist it was super traumatizing and unhelpful. not even soft spoken when i was obviously scared. but here i am a year- year and a half later looking for new dentist who have to perscribe me medication to ease my anxiety of going at all because this experience confirmed all my fears of going to the dentist. Will never be returning! thanks. Also not sure of the name of my doctor here but she was a woman- was also suprised whoever was assisting didnt have anything helpful to say. my friend who had taken me to the appointment told me i was brave for staying seated because any dentist saying theyre not putting you in pain when they clearly are is ridiculous! as someone with severe dentophobia i asked my friend what they thought and my friend agreed that i wasnt being irrational and they could have handled the situation better. (they were in the room with me) keep in mind this was an appointment for a FILLING! shouldnt be such a bad experience.
