Saw Dr. Lollar and he told me I did not have an ear infection at that time. Then, Proceeded to tell me my only options were two separate procedures. After that, I told him that could not be right. He proceeded to tell me I have the option to see a different provider, but he doubt I will get a different opinion. I asked him if he referred to my medical records, and said no. Then proceeded to tell me I would be responsible for getting my medical records and then bring them to him because office does not get records faxed or anything in that manner??? Called my ear specialist at the Ear, Nose, and Throat right after I left seeing Lollar, and my records said both of those procedures were an absolute no and would damage my ear drums!!! Went to a primary doctor that afternoon, and I did in fact have an ear infection. DR. LOLLAR SUCKS!

Was there 4/17 for chest pain and was told I would have a test ordered. Never heard back and ended up at the hospital for the same chest pains. Called to follow up about it, as the hospital recommended, and instead got told they were still waiting on a prior authorization. Still? She then asked about a bill on the account, which I inquired about as there was a new charge on there just for being seen when I already paid my copay at the appointment, and she said must be my deductible and hung up when I didn't have it. I've also worked in medical billing and that's not quite how it works unless they somehow didn't check my deductible, which is doubtful after that. And a prior authorization does not take that long. Called my insurance and they said there was a note stating they were told no prior authorization was required on 9/8. They waited that long to try?! And still lied?
