You get an email confirming the appointment and to set it in your calendar. Then you get a follow up email stating if you don't pay them $25, they will cancel your appointment. No prior disclosure. Do you think this would raise eyebrows with CT - how it protects the consumer. If you are forced to muscle $25 out of people because of cancelations, where do you think the problem lies? I was in agony every day and went to Dr. Langlitz after reading reviews. He is AMAZING! I do not know exactly what he did to fix me in a very few weeks but first it began with the wave traction table (which I miss so much), then he performs some sort of magic on the adjustment table. You're on your stomach and drop--drop goes the table in various places and somehow a few weeks later I am CURED! I have not been back in maybe 6 months because.... I NO LONGER HAVE back pain! I do miss the wave machine. Dr. Langlitz is very personable and professional and tells you exactly what he's doing and why. His staff is friendly and competent. Don't hesitate to make an appt to see him if you need help--you will not regret it!

We played phone tag for a while because we were both just calling at the wrong times but she ALWAYS got back to me and tried her best to leave vmails and check the times I requested. At one point, my groupon expired and we still didn't schedule an appt. and she had to go on vacation. She honored my groupon MONTHS after it expired because she understood the situation and was trying her best to make me happy about my purchase. I didn't call back for a long time, thinking she would've forgotten about me but she didn't! She called again after months and reminded me she'd still honor my groupon! I finally made an appointment and everything turned out alright. She made sure I was comfortable and asked about pressure and everything. She gave me water while we talked about what I wanted out of the massage. She was really friendly. During the massage, it was SO comfy that I fell asleep for part of it... Her room is a small room behind a law office. She'll give you clear directions if you call her. It was a very pleasant massage experience. =)

I am forever grateful to Steve Moran and his PT professionals for how they have helped me to…read morerecover from injuries that I feared might lead me down the road to painkillers and surgery, and prevent me from being active. After a painful back injury that left me unable to walk, I was introduced to Crossroads. I had previously seen another PT but that was not helping, and I was growing despondent. On my first visit, Steve identified the injured region of my spine, performed some manipulations that lessened the pain, and gave me hope that he and his staff could help me to get active again without drugs or surgery. It took a while, but, day by day, week by week, I felt stronger as I went to my appointments and did my stretches at home. Each therapist has their own perspective and style, and each one, by doing their work on my body and teaching me how to take better care of my spine, contributed to the strengthening of my spine and an increase in my confidence and well-being. Fast forward a couple of years, and I twisted a knee. It seemed awfully slow to heal and, though braces allowed me to run a little, it didn't seem to get right, and I feared it was a ligament problem. Thinking again that I might be going down the road to medical intervention, I went back to Crossroads to see if they could do anything. The therapists found some tight leg and hip muscles, worked with me and gave me some exercises, and it began to get stronger and less painful within days. If I could afford it I would go every week to get my spine tuned up and learn new exercises to make my body stronger and more flexible. I have had only positive experiences at Crossroads. The facility is clean and well-maintained, the office staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the therapists are top-notch; knowledgeable, positive, and caring. In addition to the typical PT practice, they work with disabled children, and run a therapy program involving horses. I don't know much about that side of the operation, but I bring it up to show that Crossroads is both a successful business and a group of people who make the world a better place.
