I started hormone pellet therapy here about 8 months ago, and it's truly been a game changer for me and Im so grateful that I landed to this establishment From day one, the experience has been exceptional. Gloria Arias, the nurse practitioner, is knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to come up with a personalized plan tailored to my specific deficiencies and needs. I really appreciated how thorough she was in explaining everything and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. One of the things I love most about Liquivida is that they have in-house lab testing, which makes everything so much more convenient--and the turnaround time for results is impressively fast. They accepted my insurance and I did not have to pay for the blood test. If you're looking for a supportive and professional wellness center that truly delivers results, I can't recommend Liquivida Aventura enough!

First, I had been on a sole mission to find a physician who wasn't part of a medical center…read morefranchise that was a only about money - not patients best interest. I called my insurance company who gave several doctors in my vicinity but all had ties. I said a little prayer and asked God to reveal a doctor to me. I went on the web to do my own research and found this office. They did accept my insurance and were accepting new patients. My appointment was scheduled in a timely manner. The office location was literally less than 4 miles from home. I went to my appointment and was greeted with a great reception. As I sat in the room answering primary question from the nurse, who was very kind, she set the tone of comfort immediately. When the doctor entered a short while after, she entered with an aura that I sensed immediately. (Pause - I'm that type person will feel a vibe - good or bad right off the back). She did a quick intro and immediately inquired about my health as she looked over my recorded information I filled out upon arrival. After I finished my spill of why I felt she was a Godsend, she did something I NEVER EXPERIENCED. She said, Now, let me tell you a little about myself!". Of all the doctors that I have visited throughout my life's journey - no other has ever opened that door to make me feel comfortable to that degree. Yea! Many come in that room and immediately ready to have you breath in and out, talk for two minutes and have you on your way - NOT DR. V. I explained my extenuating circumstances and she assured me she and her staff would be able a accommodate my situation and a workaround option as well! She truly listened, was able to get my medications to the pharmacy in a timely manner, she assured easy accessibility deemed necessary and made me feel at ease to open up to her. Ironically, Dr. V used to work with my long-time physician of 10+ years who I hated to leave at Chen and he hated for me to go. When I extended greetings to him for Dr. V., he told me that he's glad that I'm in good hands with Dr. V. - that was my second confirmation. I thanked God for his guidance. I am even changing my son's primary to Dr. V. I am going to get more family members to follow me as I did in the past. It's quite rare to find a good physician in his/her OWN, PERSONAL PRACTICE - I've been blessed. Now, I don't have to be held hostage by political beauraracy, preferred internal networks, board members who has never met you waiting for approval to refer to outside specialist, incentives granted for patients healthcare, doctor referrals propaganda, doctor office being ran like the insurance company, too many patients, yet, not enough doctors to thoroughly tend to patients, etc... OASIS is the opposite and Dr. V. resolve is to tend to the patient's health solely!

At every appointment, he took the time to answer all my questions (even the craziest one :) He is more than an healthcare provider, he seems genuinely passionate about women's health. Dr. Alvarez was also very helpful during the postpartum steps (that were sometimes challenging physically and emotionally, at least for me) The nurses and front desk ladies are also very nice and always helpful. Dr. Levin (whom I saw a couple of times) is also very friendly and with great bedside manners. Thank you!

The doctor does not hand the lady that checks patients out anything when they're leaving, so it's up to the patient to remember the date of the next scheduled appointment, it's up to the patient to know about prescriptions, it's basically up to the patient to know everything because she will not get up and go ask the doctor anything. Then when I left a message saying maybe there should be some more communication with the back assistants and the checkout in the front, she called me back and was very rude. She asked me why I thought that. I explained to her with over 25 years in medical offices I know that the responsibility does not land on the patient nor on the doctor it always lands on the employees, like it or not. My question was about if they sent my prescription and where they sent it to, but apparently that question was too much for her to handle, and I had this lady being rude to me on the phone, giving me a huge attitude. And I pray that they record the phone calls and I want the doctor to listen to how she spoke to me. Also, the doctor giving me samples and I asked her about that too. And she replied well I was not in the room with him so how am I supposed to know? And I told her that simple you just get up and ask him, and apparently that was too much for her to handle as well. The way she was so comfortable having such a big attitude for two really simple questions is quite absurd.
