I went in on a Monday and the gentleman behind the counter was very professional . I could tell he was listening as he asked questions to ensure he was getting everything I said correct. I asked could it be done for Friday and he told me he couldn't promise but that he would try. I left there feeling confident in the work that was to be completed. I was sent the layout of the banner to get my final okay . They had made a spelling error but quickly noticed it and when Friday came I received a call from the company that my banner was finished. Not only did they screw up this order but when asked to fix it 'Kate" used traveling as an excuse to not reply all day so we called and asked if someone else could fix the problem - they said they would return the call but never did. Instead Kate sheepishly e-mailed asking if we could send samples of how to print the job correctly and then changed her tune stating they would not finish the job, only credit us AFTER we sent the job back to them.
