It's like Willy Wonka's factory exploded into a multi-level, Instagram-worthy dreamland with over 10,000 types of sweets The vibes are incredibly fun and lighthearted. Walking in instantly makes you feel like a kid again. The displays are next-level: giant candy sculptures, colorful bins everywhere. The selection is insane and perfectly organized, so it's easy to get lost (in the best way) browsing for hours. From nostalgic classics to viral TikTok finds, giant gummy bears, massive lollipops, chicosticks, creme savers, and every brand you can imagine. Walk around any part of the store and you'll find something special. It's also a massive store. it's 3 levels of nonstop candy. I'm amazed. Conveniently located inside American mall.. fantastic, decorations, and ambience.. just love their entrance, which Statue of Liberty and it's surely a photo op place . Parking in the small is a big headache and also time-consuming, especially on weekends and peak hours... the mall is slightly away from South Jersey and Central Jersey within an hour drive.. It's still worth a visit once in six months... This place has wide variety of all chocolate candies, and gummy's .. kids really go crazy looking at different flavors of chocolates which you generally don't get outside.. there are some weird ones too like the urine chocolate.. a slightly pricey, but it's OK once in a while... service could be better.. billing was quick.. really a nice place to visit if you go to the American dream mall.. good experience overall.. 4 stars . read more

If you've never seen a 3-story tall replica of the Statue of Liberty covered in jelly beans--well, here's your chance! I did a double take when I took a closer look at the little multicolored globules of sugar on this statue's surface. Someone spent a lot of time glueing. The inside of this giant candy store is filled with packages and containers of sugary candies, snacks, and candy-related paraphernalia. There is an entire floor of candy by the pound, another floor with dedicated displays to specific candies. Since it was Easter weekend I took a photo of the large yellow peep in all its sweet puffy glory. As other reviews have mentioned they carry a number of candies that aren't as commonly found though overall prices are higher than your average supermarket. The three floors of the store are connected by stairs and also an elevator. Location of the store is in the B wing of the mall, directly next to the Dreamworks water park, and across for the Nickelodeon Universe theme park. read more

Lol, making that three letters, which equals three stories of IT'Sugar. I honestly don't know where to start, but this candy, snack, and clothing is the overall take. The selections are endless with a lot to offer, with a majority of candy in boxes and also bins that can be put in a bag. You name it, most likely they'll have it. That's covering the 1st and 2nd floor. The 3rd floor has more of it as well but in addition to oreo products and even a cafe, which includes ice cream and milkshakes as the main offerings. Be prepared to have quite an experience, especially as a first-time visitor. Service is great and will also be very busy. read more

While not enthused at seeing kids poking their hands into and sampling the candies, the store clerks were too few to cover the whole area. You did get a lot of flavors and types of candy that weren't readily available elsewheres, and that was fun to look and remark at. Including the jelly bean entry (glued on, so don't eat those), a giant mile-long sweet candy necklace in a box, lovely lollipop display. The crystal candies were all broken up - not a great seller, I guess. They also have some clothing, small toys, and a number of fun prank stuff. All overpriced, but it is a giant expensive mall for tourists. About $16/lbs for mix-match candy. Obviously if you're buying certain candies, I'm not sure that's the best way to use the per pound- there's also a box you can fill for $15ish (as long as it closes) and try to stuff that way, but it's likely just under a pound for most candies. Having it beside the Nickelodeon fun park = lots of sugar-hyped kids. read more

It's a 3 story candy store, who doesn't LOVE candy! I came here mostly for the Oreo Cafe on the 3rd level, but of course my kiddos wanted to look around. Let me just say that when I was a kid I LOVED these types of candy stores in the mall, and this one took the concept all the way. There is 3 levels of candy and novelty items with every type of candy you can imagine. If I didn't have the kiddos with me I would have had more time to look around. OMG! This store is just that "sugar"! All of your favorite candy in one big 3 story store. A sweet tooth fix of massive proportions! A dentists nightmare or vision of future income. A diabetic's spiraling fall into the abyss. A favorite for both the kids and the kid in the adult body we live in. LOL! Lots of old time favorites as well as all the new sweet craves. There is an Oreo Cafe upstairs as well. Just imagine a huge box of Skittles, starburst or Jelly Belly jellybeans right at your fingertips! Wow. What a candy store! Two floors of candy. You have to enter and exit thru the first floor at the moment as the store is not complete yet I believe. It looks like there will be a third floor but it was not open on my first visit. The first floor has the candy in sections, gummy, chocolate, etc. They also have international candy too! They also have the option of candy by weight. They are in containers and you use a scooper to fill a plastic bag. They had sour coke gummies which is hard to find. The second floor has a Pez section which also had collectible pez collectors for sale. There's also shirts as well. I found some old school candy as well which I haven't seen in years. They had whatchamacallits which I haven't seen in a really long time. I'm definitely stopping in to satisfy the sugar tooth in me. read more

What candy don't they have here? I went overboard and bought probably three months worth of sweets. The first floor has a wide variety of candies and chocolates, including European and Asian products. And you will not be able to miss the buckets of M&M varieties and other loose candy that you can buy by the pound. Second floor is more of the same. Now for the third floor. It has an OREO station. That's basically my catnip. So yes I ordered the OREO shake. It honestly was not very impressive but you bet I would order it again. I can't help myself! The store has three floors that feature candies that can be bought by the pound like rum raisin chocolate balls. The largest candy necklass at 5.280 feet is on display, as well as, a ceiling high piller of jelly beans of all flavors. M&Ms, Reece's Peanutbutter Cups in various sizes and Milkyway chocolates in unique packages are also available among other offerings. The second floor has international candy with an emphasis on Japanese candys and drinks. Here you will also find novelty items, T-shirts with candy related themes and signage. I also found heritage candirs like "Pez" and Dots. The third floor features the "Oreo Bar" which has a dining area and a large ice Cream fountain where you can create own ice cream treat. They also have a large selection of "Oreo" novelity accessories. One of the best candy store's I've ever been too. It's 3 floors - although the third floor isn't finished yet.They literally have just about every candy that's ever existed from old school items to newer items. They have everything mini - which is awesome because it's always better mini. The store itself is beautiful and it almost feels like you're in Willy Wonka's factory with all the life size jelly bean made items! The decor is also pretty cool. We were amazed and it was beautiful. They also had some really neat items that I have never seen elsewhere! I think they have another store at Foxwoods MGM - and I have bought stuff from that store as well. They have a bunch of neat little things and world records such as the longest candy necklace and the largest chocolate egg. Very interesting place! They also have like A Container full of expensive apex dispensers some worth tens of thousands of dollars! Cool! My only two complaints were the staff wasn't friendly or helpful at all. I couldn't even find a staff member when looking and the prices were a bit on the high side. I spent $70 and I've already run out of candy! It should have lasted me longer. It's the weighted candy that's really expensive! Otherwise the prices weren't as bad as I had anticipated. We will DEFINITELY be back! read more

A Pennsylvanian like myself was overwhelmed with astonishment when I first laid my eyes on this store. The mall itself is a world of its own, but this candy store kicked my boredom to the moon. The entrance, which was made up of somewhere around one million jelly beans, was depressing if I'm being honest. What a waste of nutritious food! But with this being New Jersey, you have to be a heart surgeon in order to afford anything. The place was spacious and had alot of options to choose from . Staff were friendly and did there best to run the store . My problem is there mask policy . When you are entering the establishment , they say you need a mask at all times . Most of the kids were not wearing a mask and I saw one kid dunk his hands into a candy container . They removed the container , but there is too much error if it was busy and it was missed . Wait until the pandemic is over until you come here or they put covid regulations in place . read more
