They guarantee that this replacement will last long, but it did not. Now I don't know what to do. The staffs are friendly and nice to talk to but be careful though, when they said all parts are from China it might mean the low quality that's made in China, so ask carefully. Also try checking the seals of every products from them. If there's no place where it's made, it's probably from China. I don't know about their other products though, but that's just my experience with them. Their nice to talk to but... Be warned.

He gave me his recommendation and suggested that it would be better to purchase a new laptop instead of letting him try to repair the one I brought in. He explained that he would probably not be able to fix it and it would be more cost effective for me to just trash it. He also did not try to push me to purchase one of the laptops he had for sale in the shop or try to swindle me out of money for something he knew he couldn't fix. I would recommend this shop and especially Paul for anything and to anyone. I know I will definitely be back in the future should the need arise.

I stopped by yesterday looking for a printer for my home office. An employee saw me looking and came by to ask me what exactly I needed in a printer, and he discussed some different features and options with me. He was truly very helpful. They even told me about a subscription service that Office Depot has that I've never had heard of before. There was no greeting when I entered, and when I got to the register, no one acknowledged me with a simple "hello," "how are you," or "did you find everything you needed?" The cashier simply scanned my items without speaking, didn't provide the total, and seemed to expect me to swipe my card without even knowing what I was being charged. What made the experience even worse was my interaction with a representative when I needed a signature stamp notarized. I was trying to understand the process and asked a few questions, but the representative was dismissive, impatient, and unwilling to provide helpful information. Instead of offering customer service, I felt like I was an inconvenience for simply asking questions. Customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately this location completely missed the mark. I will not be returning, and I would recommend others consider visiting a different location if they expect friendly, professional, and helpful service. Definitely avoid this location.
