Nobody spoke to us. We strolled around looked at prices which are not cheap....looked at sale rack and I even carried a pair around no one asked if I needed to try them on. I thought maybe the staff was having a bad day but it was empty at 12:30 on Saturday. I was so disappointed and then I went to Lucky and I was telling my friend I never heard of the place until a week ago and a group of girls overheard us and said they had the same experience both times they went in and won't be going back. Not sure what the deal is but customer service is the main reason customers come back and spread the word. Huge disappointment that is for sure. And I will be sure to share my thoughts with my friends and their friends and so on. If your minimum wage employees are lazy or slack or just aren't treated right by management it shows....and your sales should show too.

I hoped to get the return to Tiffany spoon for my first granddaughter when it was the time. I searched the website and no such spoon existed. I was so sad. I spoke to a representative who could see the ones I had previously ordered and she said they could not get that design any longer. I just couldn't trust not touching options I was familiar with, so off to the store I went. Karie made my day!!! She listened to me and low and behold she found the spoon I wanted!! It made my entire day and will be a moment I remember forever. She is a true professional and Tiffany should be proud to have her. So, we shopped here for a chain and earrings for my wife just before Christmas. The chain we…read morepurchased needed to be lengthened so it needed to be sent out by the store to be done. It was scheduled to be done within about 2 weeks of our purchase. 2 weeks went by and we heard nothing. My wife called the store and first they could not find the sale or the status of the chain lengthening. Then she called back, they found our order and told us another customer would be picking up the chain we ordered and paid for the following Monday. She then had to explain again and convince the store that was our chain and order, not another customers chain. Given what we spent on this chain, though the chain and the earrings are both beautiful, what is described above was disappointing and not what you would expect to happen when buying jewelry at a Tiffany's.

In short -- clothes shopping BORES me. So of course, I've passed by this place millions of times with a fear of going inside. However, I am glad I finally walked into this little store -- what a great mistake that was! Comparable to the Bealls Outlet that closed its doors near this location, Dots has the same low prices and stylish clothes. Not boring but fresh and trendy styles in sizes that actually fit. I love that they don't just have size 6,8, and 11 -- they have it in slim and curvy for those of us with average waistlines, which is pretty much everyone larger than Kate Moss. I hate buying pants a size larger just to get it to fit properly and then have to trim the bottom just so it fits my height. But the pants I bought at Dots fit just right right out of the box! No need to alter or fold up the cuffs. They also have a great selection of coats that are warm and only cost $30. Most of the coats of similar quality in local stores were selling for $50 and up. Dots is my new favorite go-to place for low prices and stylish but comfy clothes.
