I had a flat rear tire on my Electric E Scooter (G-2Max) and found this shop. I had to Uber my scooter out to them and they stayed in contact regarding arrival and departure. That put me at ease. I found them to be extremely accommodating and my tire was replaced quickly! Communication is excellent. Very service oriented and thanked me for my business too! I'm very happy they exceeded my expectations. read more

They ruined our electric bike! We brought our magi-cycle E-Bike in for a flat tire repair, they didn't fix the tire and cut the power cord and wrapped it with electrical tape hoping we wouldn't notice. Incompetent worker stay away. read more

These guys do a great job. This is the second time I've brought bikes to them (bought online) to be assembled. They were busy and had bigger jobs to do but both times they did a great job putting them bikes together for me and charged a reasonable price. read more

I had several items that needed to be handled on my e-bike: install new racing harness (all the wires were helpfully labeled by manufacturer), install new brakes, install new plug and play motor. After a few minutes the paramedics decided this was a job for the doctor, and they would need to take the bike back to their garage. Said it would take a few days. No problem. A few days later, however, they said "no thanks, we're not going to do this." So they dropped the bike back off. They didn't even do the easy straightforward stuff like installing the front brake. I had to enlist ChatGPT to be my instructor, and I got it all figured out myself. It was actually kind of fun, and I gained confidence by being able to do repairs that were too scary for a professional to do. If you need something done quick and easy, the doctor deserves 4 stars. But maybe look elsewhere if it's a more complicated repair. Here's a pic of ChatGPT saving the day for me.
