Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this catering company based on my experience…read more I hired them for a very important party and expected the food and setup to be ready when my event began at 5:00 p.m. Instead, they were still setting up as my guests were arriving. The milkshakes had already melted, and much of the food was cold or in very poor condition. The chicken and waffles were especially disappointing. The chicken appeared similar to Tyson-style chicken nuggets, the waffles were cold and soggy, the French fries were extremely hard, and the pizza was rock hard. I had also specifically requested a gluten-free option for one of my guests, but instead they provided a vegan garden burger, which is not the same thing. Communication during the event was also very difficult because of the language barrier, making it hard to address the problems as they were happening. What made the experience even worse was that I PAID EXTRA for trash removal at the end of the party. The trash was not removed. My guests actually had to help take bags of garbage with them, and I ended up taking garbage home with me after my own party. I should never have had to do that for a service I specifically paid for. I contacted the company afterward to give them an opportunity to address everything that happened. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability for the problems with the service. I understand that things can go wrong at an event, and I would have appreciated a sincere acknowledgment of what happened and a reasonable attempt to make it right. Instead, after paying for professional catering and additional services, I was left extremely disappointed with both the service itself and the way my concerns were handled afterward. I would not use this company again. UPDATE - BEWARE - fake reviews!!! She saw my bad review and my guests bad reviews and she started getting people to write fake positive reviews!!!! This person is awful!!! And even less accountability! See below. Excuses and lies! They didn't wait some long amount of time for a table. They were so busy taking pictures of the food so they can post it instead of worrying about the temperature of the food, quality, and the food set up being done. It's just gross! I have plenty of guests that can attest to this food.

From the very beginning, Stephanie was a dream to work with -attentive, quick to respond, and totally on top of every detail. She made the planning process effortless, and her communication was excellent the whole way through. On the day of the event, the staff showed up early, were incredibly friendly, and made everything so easy. You could tell they genuinely cared about what they do, and it showed in both their service and their food. And the pizza? Absolutely amazing. Everything was handmade right there on the spot in the woodfire oven, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. From the crispy, perfectly charred crust to the rich, flavorful toppings - it was gourmet-level pizza with a fun, casual vibe. They also offered a great variety, so there was something for everyone. Our team couldn't stop raving about it. The mobile setup was impressive, the food came out fast, and the whole experience added something really special to our event. If you're looking to elevate your next gathering, do yourself a favor and book them. We'll definitely be using them again!

However, I think the long line at the reception speaks for itself- our guests loved the soft serve! We got vanilla, matcha, and swirl and then a bunch of additional toppings. I heard from friends that they were going back to get seconds. Amazing! Although we had 300 guests, the line moved quickly and everyone was able to enjoy their soft serve. ZAZZY was easy to work with. I let them know what I wanted and how many guests were expected and they gave me a quote right away. I felt prices were reasonable! They also helped me customize that cart which added a special touch. The day of the reception, ZAZZY arrived on time and set up quickly. Our guests were trying to get soft serve before they were even open! It was a smooth process from my first inquiry with ZAZZY until the very end of our reception. We are so glad we booked ZAZZY. If we had more space at our venue we would definitely have added more carts. It would have been so fun! Thank you ZAZZY for being a fun treat for our guests!

Such a cute concept! Desserts on wheels…read more On Wednesday, we chose Zazzy to serve up our desserts at our Corporate Event. My coworker thought the little carts were so adorable. We didn't get the specialized name plate and just opted for standard. Unfortunately, we didn't get the basic "Popcorn" or "Gelato", it was just blank (see pic). We had an issue with the flavors we requested. I didn't knock off any of their stars for this because we had to wait so long for the Venue to ok Zazzy that we didn't have everything in place until 4 days after they gave us the flavor options. So we had to go with whatever they had. As for the popcorn, they didn't have the traditional kettle corn, they had Churro corn. It probably would have been nicer if it was fresh. It was already popped and in a canister when it arrived. Someone else noted that the buttered popcorn was a little stale. Not sure when it was popped, but it was already popped when I took the attached pic BEFORE the event. They could have done better with the quality of their popcorn. As for the Gelato, absolutely no complaints. It was delicious and the almonds didn't taste stale. Gelato Flavors Offered: * Clásico Chocolate * Clásico Vanilla * Matcha Verde (Green Tea) * Pistachio * Caramel Sea Salt * Italian Butter Pecan * Cookies & Cream * Strawberry * Gelato Tiramisu * ZAZZY Coffee Cold Brew * Nutella * Birthday Cake * Raspberry Chessecake * Biscotti * Yellow Mango * Raspberry * Strawberry * Lemon Please note that these offers may change.
