My favorite honey store. We can't get enough and come here every two months at the least. Why I haven't been checking in I don't know. We love the raw honey, buckwheat, honey, and my absolute favorite jam is the Christmas jam. Excellent service and you were greeted with a friendly face and hot tea. Lots more to purchase other than honey and jam. They also have beauty products, soaps, and plants for sale not to mention their own kitchenware, hand towels, and super cute themed items. Stop in and visit. This is my favorite store. read more

This is one of my wife's favorite stores. She is very particular about honey but loves the product from It's All About Bees. Many relatives and friends have received gifts of honey over the years. This year we've started going to local farmers markets and we're delighted to see It's About Bees at the Omaha and Aksarben markets. Service was extremely friendly. We enjoy the ambiance at the farmers market so are happy they sell there. read more

This is a great store that has been enlarged since I was last here and has added a lot of products. There are plants for sale right inside the door and a huge array of honey, jams, and jellies with unique flavors. The sample jars beckon to help with decision making. I was offered a sample of herbal tea which they sell. It was tasty. The products are all honey and bee centric as expected, including lotions and skin care products. There's a lot of gift items such as aprons, t-shirts, and tea towels, to name few, all in keeping with the theme. It took a good half hour to peruse everything and I ended up buying two kinds of honey. read more

Hands down this place is awesome!! We recently got some local raw honey here, and it's been elevating all of our food and drinks. It's affordable, sourced locally, and really yummy! read more

This is the cutest small business, full of different types of products (honey, creamed honey, and aprons). The staff is friendly and will allow you to taste the different flavors so you'll know what you would want to buy. I loved everything I purchased, the elderflower syrup, and the cream honey flavors. I can eat this straight from the jar, and have ! We also bought a big jar of local honey. I was hugely impressed with the store and will return. read more

This place is a great find. It's in a strip mall off of 84th just south of Omaha in Ralston, surrounded by all types of booze shops. It's a small shop, but it's packed with more honey and honey products than you can imagine. One side is filled with body care products and the rest of the store has edible goods. I personally went straight for the local honey, of which they have several creamed varieties. The local stuff is in plain liquid and creamed form in the back left of the store as you walk in, and there are several local creamed flavors in the back right towards the body care products. They have flavors such as pecan, cinnamon, cayenne, pumpkin spice, chai, vanilla, lemon, blueberry and more. Best of all, you can sample all of these flavors if you ask the person working, as they have sample jars out behind the counter. I tried several of the local creamed honey and ended up buying two jars. The 10oz jars of the flavored creamed honey go for $7.50, whereas a 24oz jar of the plain local honey is only $10. The chai honey is amazing, and i definitely recommend trying it. The service was very friendly as well, especially since I asked to try to many different types of honey. Check this place out and help support a local business. read more

I remember meeting co-owner Wendy over a decade ago when I started going to the Farmer's Market downtown. I loved her products and bought something almost every week. She and I would chat a bit and all these years later with an even larger customer base, she still remembers my name and says hi when I shop at the Farmer's Market Aksarben Village. She has a great selection of local honey, creamed honey and other varieties as well as jams, mustards, salsas, bbq, and body products. They are all wonderful but my personal favorites are the strawberry and apricot jams. I believe that a lot of care and love go into each jar. I have tried the foot cream (nice!) but not the lip balm or other lotions but will hopefully rectify that this coming Sunday! read more

The store is amazing, not only does the owner have her on the farm they have actually started a restaurant within the building. Love the honey and the tea sets. You should come over at least once. Bring some friends and make a brunch with some shopping out of it. read more

My sister sent gave me a sample of their honey for my birthday, then a giftcard for Christmas. WOW! The raw honey is rich and creamy and a nice natural addition to my home remedy for a scratchy throat (one whole lemon, a couple of tablespoons of honey and lavender tea). I love the honey some much I'm taking a tablespoon straight from the jar to help heal my throat. I know I'm getting the nutrients I need to get better. Yummy Yummy You guys are doing a great job and third order is on its way. Save the bees! read more

My weekly visit to the farmers market is not complete without saying hello to my honey girls! ^_^ I purchase their raw honey and it is top quality, far surpassing most "name brands" sold in health food markets. Although, they do sell their honey in local shops including whole foods as well as their local shop. Their honey sticks are yummy and I've often found myself purchasing them for foster kids and husband alike. In addition to the "normal" types of honey you would typically think of they also sell a variety of specialty type honeys, mustard, jellies, jams, ketchup, tea products, beeswax, lip products, lotions, et cetera! I'm not a huge fan of their body products but most of spiced or flavored honeys are very yummy. If you're adventurous I suggest the chili honeys including their habanero and jalapeno flavors. I also appreciate the various types of honey, and them taking the time to explain where they are harvested and how the process works. Sunflower honey and buckwheat are so wild in flavor, you have to try them. Oh and honey for allergies? YES PLEASE! If you've ever heard that a spoonful of honey everyday helps with seasonal regional allergies well you're right, it does. My husband eats a tablespoon every morning in his oatmeal and has mostly all year long. He has not had the typical allergy problems he would get in the spring and summer. You can't go wrong with their raw honey on toast, yum yum. read more

What a fantastic little store! I'm honesty obsessed. I discovered this place around the holidays when I was searching for local honey as a gift for a friend, and accidentally ended up spending almost $300 on gifts for all my friends and family (and myself, oops!) We ended up visiting 3 times in a 2 week period because I couldn't get enough of this store. They have their own bees which is fantastic, and even if you aren't a honey fan I suggest you come take a look. They have TONS of things to look at, from salsas to chapsticks to teas to little dishes and way way more. And of course a HUGE assortment of honeys of all different flavors. All the times I've went there they had samples of teas and honeycomb and salsas out. It's fun to go around and try all the samples. The people working there are all super friendly, I ended up talking to a lady about her daughter's cat for a long time. Really adorable little store, definitely come by and support local honey and local business. read more

I have been wanting to try raw honey comb for a few months now! And thank the Yelp, I found this! And Facebook lol I was so excited and I couldn't believe I drove to another town to get this! Mind you, I got lost but it's located in the shipping plaza next to Xenon Academy. I went in and my oh my! It was the cutest honey decor! Has everything homey! I love it! I got what I wanted and now they store a smaller batch in a jar. It's soooo cute but everything else look cute too! When I bit into the raw honey comb, it tasted so natural and so better then any other honey I ever had! It's pricey but I got to try it! I may be going back for more. Love love love! read more

What a wonderful locally owned store! You may have seen them at the Farmers Market, and thought they only sell honey. However, this brick and mortar store is so much more! They have very cute gifts available, including these antique tea cup sets. They also have many bee themed items. Lotion, soap, different flavored honeys, lots of flavors and types of tea, and jellies just to name a few. They had one of their teas made that they offered upon entering the store. It was a rose petal tea (that they sell) with some of their honey in it. I don't typically like tea, but it was delicious! Everyone there was super friendly and genuine. I got my local honey, but will definitely return for future gift giving. read more

Met Wendy and her staff at the farmers market. From simple impulse buys, we have become loyal customers. We have used a number of their products and have yet to be disappointed. The jams are unique and tasty. They stretch from staples such as strawberry, to less known, such as melon flavors. They have a great line of sweet/hot jams that are great to cook with, or just on a cracker. The star of the store is the excellent variety of honey available. From straight raw, to flavored, they have something to fit every taste. They also package into sticks for the trip home. They also carry a great line of non food products. The lip balm is great, the hand bars, I am told, work well. They make available a variety other products for drafts and small business. We love this store. This is local business done right, service, knowledge and product, all at an exceptional level. read more

Where can you go to get quality products and knowledgeable staff? Well, unfortunately, there aren't too many places like that, but, Ralston, NE should be proud of It's All About Bees! Family owned and operated, Wendy Fletcher has products for which she ought to be proud! Ranging from various kinds of raw honeys to lotions and creams, Wendy ensures her customers get the very best that bees have to offer. With a full line of products, I can honestly say that Wendy's bubbly personality only enhances the experience of shopping in her store or at any of the places where Wendy sets up to sell her products - including the ever popular Omaha Farmer's Market. Got allergies? Sample some of Wendy's Raw Local Honey, and you'll find that your allergies don't bother you as much as they once did. Do your dogs have allergies? Drop a teaspoon-full into their food and watch them respond much better than in years past. Still not enough?! Wendy's Hand and Body Lotion (in various scents - including an Edward, Bella, Pomegranate, and Bee Calm Chamomile) are glycerin-free - so, they're safe for if you're traveling (as glycerin is now detectable in security areas...). I am a HUGE fan of her lip balm. Lasting for hours and hours on end, the most I have had to do to "reactivate" the lip balm is to rub my lips together. Wendy's products protect my lips and skin on the outside, and her honeys help to keep me balanced on the inside. Take any of her products, and I promise, you won't be disappointed! Bee brave, bee happy, and most of all, bee healthy! read more

I love their raw honey and use it for my tea, for peanut butter and honey sandwiches, and to eat with greek yogurt. They have a very tiny store full of honey products in Ralston, but you can also find their raw honey at the organic/health section at HyVee. They're also at the Aksarben farmer's market on Sundays during the summer. A 24oz jar is about $10 at their store---cheaper than purchasing from the grocery store. read more

The shop is small but full of varieties and blends of honey you never knew existed. I go there for raw honey and always end up buying extra treats for myself. My kids also love the flavored honey sticks. I've never had a bad experience here. Every time I stop in they have hot tea ready, sweetened with honey, of course. It's definitely worth stopping in for the quality products and friendly service. read more

I stopped in here to kill some time before my destination opened one Saturday morning. I'm so glad I did! It's a welcoming little shop! It has local honey and many jams, jellies, sauces with honey added. Tea cups and saucers, tea pots, teas, spoons, aprons, and many bee themed products. It's a clean adorable store! The gourmet teas are about the Same price for the same item on Amazon so I'd rather buy it local. I'm eager to return and try some of the sauces, jams and jellies! read more

Wonderful little store. I got a lot of my Christmas gifts shopping done and the lady at the store really helped me a lot to make choices. I'm really excited to see how my friends and family like their gifts. I love supporting local businesses and I am definitely coming back here a lot. read more

I love All About Bees! I have been buying their honey and jellies from the Aksarben Farmers Market for years and have been to their shop a few times. All of their products are delicious, and I love that it is locally sourced and that they are a locally-owned business. They were great to work with and everyone said it was one of the best wedding favors they have ever received! read more

I had heard about All about bees when I was looking for some beeswax for a project I was doing. I stopped by and asked a question and the staff that was there at the time didn't know the answer. I left the containers that I needed to fill (24 containers, bulk of volume was going to be beeswax) with a note explaining that I needed to fill 24 containers with beeswax. They said they would get back to me. I called 4 days later because I had not heard anything and the lady said she was too busy to call back and didn't understand the note. I explained it again and she said she didn't know how much I needed and she didn't have time to help me figure it out but if I wanted to figure out the size of each container and multiply by 24 that I could do that and then let her know. Very frustrated and will NOT be doing business with this extremely rude and unhelpful business woman. read more

Every few months, I come to "It's All About Bees" to stock up! Their honey and variety of jams are so great. I feel very proud knowing this establishment is part of my local community! Their honey is the smoothest I have ever tasted. I like to eat the raw honey, and then use the thinner local honey for my tea. Their Nebraska Apple Butter is another one of my favorites. I keep it cold in the fridge, and eat it by the spoonful or spread it on an English muffin. read more
